Pansion Mlikota — Hotel in Općina Baška Voda

Nice place in nice small town.||Pension is about 300 m away from the beach and from center of the city. Mlikota is clear and fresh, has own garden (which is not converted to parking,phenomenon) and what is great news, own parkplace opposite the building. Owners are wonderful poeple, helpful, always on place and interested about everything is OK. Owners speak English,German, Russian, most slavic people can also speak own language and for sure understand Croatian :-) Rooms are clear,each with balcony (chairs and table), big enough to dry towels, swimming trunks and swimsuits. Even double room, I used is enough big to feel comfortable. WiFi is available for free. Also big fridge is on each floor. Everyone room has own aircondition unit and hot water boiler so you don't need to wake up 5 in the morning, before everybody else in the building, to have shower :-)||Breakfast is available on place.||Promajna is really small city without disco,pubs and with one night bar on the beach.||There is one cashmachine, two shops and few restaurants including fishing tavern on the beach, I found better than what I tried in Spain,Greece and Italy, guy has really fresh stuff and knows how to do it.||City beach is, as everywhere, pretty full if you are not early in the morning, but if you turn right, after few hundred meters you can find lovely harbours without too many poeple. There is also place for naturists between Promajna and next village Baska Voda.||Promajna is only 10 km from A1 highway. Thanks that is great starting point for tour to Krk National Park, Split and Dubrovnik ( must see when finally you will be bored with everyday beach visit )||So, I can truly recommend Pension Miklota...

A memorable holiday at the Mlikota Pansion.|Alenka and Ivica were very kind and hospitable throughout our stay.|The property is cutely arranged, very clean and modern, with all the necessary comfort, provides car parking space nearby.|The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning, We Got Fresh Linen and Towels Changed Every 3 Days.|The apartment have small kitchens equipped with everything needed for self cattering, including refrigerator. Breakfast is available on place on request.|There is a small playground for children, recommended for families with children.|Promajna beach is a Pebble Beach so you need swimming shoes. |It is 5 min. downhill|It is quite long and has shadow portions along it.|There are shops, bars and restaurants along the beach.|Astoria Restaurant, Tribidrag and Restoran San-Villa Šutić are the ones I recommend.|Promajna is a small and quiet settlement, with beautiful beaches around her, recommended for families with children.|At approx. 15 min. walk to Makarska on the promenade, there is a small beach, Beach Bratuš, very flirty and beautiful. I recommend here the Konoba "Bratuš" restaurant, with excellent food and services, can be ordered daily fresh fish. Property||Pansion Mlikota is located in the beautiful village of Promajna. The hotel is an easy walk to the beach, approximately 200m away. We stayed in the apartment Pinija (sleeps 4 with 1 bathroom). It was very clean and recently updated; I imagine the other apartments are in the same condition. ||||Ivica and her husband were extremely welcoming and helpful. From helping book a boat tour to running to the market to find some decaf coffee when we couldn't find it, we felt like welcome guests. Our 6 year old daughter really enjoyed the stay as well. The small playground in the back garden was a fun play area for her when we were around the apartment.||||The Village & Area||Promajna is a perfectly sized village. Large enough to have a couple of markets and a few restaurants (all easily accessible on foot), but small enough that there were never any major crowds. ||||If you have a car and want to do more than visit the beach, Promajna is in a good central location. Split and the National Park of Krka are about 1.5 hours. Dubrovnik is a little over 2 hours; still accessible for a day trip.
