This hotel was almost the only one vacant when I tryed to book some place, because of touristic season. It is not near the beach, not even in Baška. But you can drive to parking lot near beach in 5min max. The staff was fery friendly. I spoke with owner and he is funny guy. He speaks little english but we understood each other anyway. You can park right in front of hotel. Room was big, clean and cozy. We had balcony with nice moutain view....

Great view on the mountins, nice landlord, quiet area, good price, clean rooms, barbecue available... We were happy to stay in...
