Bizovačke toplice — Hotel in Općina Bizovac

I am writing to share my deep disappointment with our recent visit to the Bizovac spa. The facilities are in a state of significant disrepair. Many tiles are cracked, creating a real risk of injury. The water in the outdoor pool was uncomfortably cold, and the overall appearance of the complex reflected a lack of proper maintenance. We also experienced very poor service in the restaurant, waiting over an hour for our food. In past years, we visited regularly and always had a positive experience — but unfortunately, this visit was entirely different. While it is true that Bizovac spa offers the largest waves (starting every 10 minutes and lasting 2–3 minutes) and the most pools, these advantages are overshadowed by the visible decay of the building and the general lack of cleanliness. Maintenance and upkeep are essential, and without them, loyal visitors will inevitably look elsewhere. Sadly, despite our initial excitement to return, the condition of the facilities and the overall experience have convinced us not to come back. From now on, my family and I will be visiting other spas, as we no longer feel Bizovac spa offers good value...

I have to say that I visited Bizovacke Toplice the first time 30 years ago. During that time the pool closed for renovation and Andabak who both the resort promised that he will invest a ton of money. The new thing after 30 years is the wave pool and the outside area with the bars and the deck chairs and some new paint insides. But except that at the Aquapolis nothing else changes!! I was really expecting a full renovated Aquapolis but nothing like that. Old dirty tiles, missing tiles, the water slide not working and in very poor condition. Also there is the old building by the entrance collapse and gives the whole thing a very bad picture. I don’t understand why they don’t take it down? There is sufficient parking spaces available but no side walk so you walk on the street to the entrance and hope that your kids aren’t getting hit by a pass by car. 2 persons for 1 night. It was expensive compared to the standard. There was no Air-condition which was really needed for our room. The room was clean and well equipped, but everything is old and the hotel could need a makeover to be more up-to-date. The hotel service was very good and helpful (we couldn't find the hotel during the night and they explained the directions with patience). No problems with talking English. We had breakfast included in our price which we didn't eat since we arrived so late. The hotel made small lunch packs for us instead of breakfast. The swimming facilities were included in the price, but we didn't use it. We only booking the hotel since we couldn't find anything else (it was early morning and we have been driving many hours).
