Mulina River Lodge — Hotel in Općina Bosiljevo

My wife and I came looking for family history in the area. Looking lost, Marko came out to greet us happily - the type of greeting you'd expect from an old friend. After hearing my wife's story, he went above and beyond, asking a neighbour for information, showing us around Fratrovci, and giving us recommendations. It meant a lot to us, especially my wife.

It is right on the river separating Croatia from Slovenia. The calm and tranquility of the area is second to none - giving you a true experience in the less tourist-focused areas of the country.

We did not stay at the Mulina River Lodge, but we will be certain to do so on future trips, thanks to the meaning of the area and...

We booked one apartment and had a perfect weekend. The place is great, it has everything you need, but some peace and quiet are guaranteed. The owner is always available by phone if you need anything and is really friendly. We arrived Friday afternoon and left on Sunday, but we felt we were there the whole week. Barbecue, pool, sauna, beer on the terrace, river, forest... always something to do. Just got home and we are very refreshed and happy. I definitely recommend the place, it's worth it. I have no photos, because I left my phone on the table and forgot about it. Never had the need to take it...
