We spent four days at this brand-new hotel in Kali, and from the very first moment, we received outstanding service. It was clear that the staff were genuinely happy and excited about the opening of this beautiful hotel, and we felt seen and treated like valued guests throughout our entire stay.|The rooms are stunning, completely new, and offer breathtaking views of the sea. Ours was immaculate, with excellent air conditioning and a beautifully designed bathroom.|One of the true highlights of the hotel is the restaurant and its incredibly warm and welcoming staff. On several occasions, we went into town or to a nearby village for a meal, only to regret it - everything was simply better at the hotel, and we even came back early a few times just to eat there.|A special mention goes to Alen, our waiter, who greeted us personally every morning and delivered world-class service. He always had a huge smile on his face and made sure we never lacked for anything. We discovered this new hotel just two weeks after it opened. Even though we didn’t stay overnight, we came once for breakfast and since then we’ve been coming back almost every day. The food was absolutely perfect, always fresh and delicious. The staff were outstanding – very kind, friendly, and it was clear they truly enjoy their work. TL;DR: Price was €140/night ex. BF. Service and staff effort are excellent, and the hotel’s design is tasteful, modern and well thought out. The ocean view is lovely (though the surrounding neighborhood isn’t manicured).
