Motel Dobra — Hotel in Općina Netretić

Great disappointment!!! Don't come here during the rush hour!!! Came here with kids for lunch, called before to make sure a table is available, we were told: "no problem, just come, there's always a table free for dining". When we arrived they said we will have to wait 30 minutes. Since the kids were hungry and we didn't want to eat at a fast-food we stayed. Asked for snacks, but was told none are available. In the end, left sitting for OVER AN HOUR with kids complaining and crying! We had enough, I just wanted to pay and leave without any food served. It was terribly crowded in the beginning but other tables were half empty when we finally got our servings. I just felt stupid and humiliated. The food is fine but nothing special and CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE WAIT. The only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars and not 1 is because the shift...
