We had mobilehome named Sit. Good access from parking, no more then 5min far from Lucijana restaurant and Studenac shop, just few steps far from beach. Access to local pool is in price via chip bracelet. Accommodation has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers + 1 more solar shower outside, towels, sat TV with HR, DE, SI and IT channels but there is USB connection to plug USB HDD/key if you need, aircondition, fridge + freezer, all kitchen equipment with microwave and every mobilehome has also own gas powered grill outside. Free wifi is reaching up to beach

But I was suprised 4* accommodation didn't include hand soap, spare toilet paper roles and spare trash bags. These items cost 1€ so I do not understand why they are not included. Also we didn't have hot water (later I discovered that neighbors had the same problem) and even if all mobilehome was very clean, sometimes we had to kill ants inside. The terrace was a little disappointing when we compared reality with pictures on internet. Pictures on internet are probably of brand new shiny terrace. Reality is - wood is already fading from weather and it should get new protective paint job. Also all mobilehome would be nice to clean with powerwash from outside, we could see som dirt on outside walls. Our Sit mobilehome was located in shadow between trees which makes beach chairs useless due absence of sun light. It could be better after cutting off many dry branches but that should be done already before summer season. Also there is rack for sun shield over reserved parking, but there is missing covering on it. Useless specially if you have black car parked directly on sun light as we had all week. We stayed in Adria village superior+ mobile house, first row from the sea. House looks great, location is perfect, it is well equipped, shower outside is so nice, the terrace very nice, staff friendly and nice, the beach also nice, water clean, a lot of sea urchins, so shoes are a must. Swimming pool is nice, especially for kids. Grill outside is perfect. I was surprised that the house was not well cleaned when we arrived, only got two toilet paper rolls, AC is located in the main room, but it was so noisy and loud in one of the bedrooms, you can barely stand the noise. I expected a little more for this price, all we got extra was one clean set of sheets and towels during our one week stay. Wi-fi access is free, but wasn't working in the house, very badly outside the house, better at the beach. Mattress in the bedroom are bad and are sagging in the middle, where people mostly sleep. The temperature of water inside the house is changing a lot so it's very hard to shower. Be careful when showering young kids, so they don't get burned. Staff in the store wasn't wearing their facial masks properly, although they were obligatory during our stay in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile at the beach bar staff was wearing them outside properly. Beach bar is very good, staff there young and so nice, cool, calm, friendly. I felt good there. Coffee was very good and strong. Cocktails not very strong, but very tasty. Staff at the reception very helpful and great. Restaurant OK but lacking in hygiene department. Waiter also wearing a face mask only for decoration under the chin. There's plenty of bakeries around the camp, if you get fresh bread it is the best. I am upset, disturbed and disgusted. The showers are filled with hair mountains. The water is cold and you have to push the shower button multiple times to actually get a chance to shower. The toilettes and the showers are full with spiders and cockroaches. Some of the toilet doors are also broken. The thing that bothers me the most is the fact that eventhough it is a place for teenagers, you cannot "party" after 9 pm. Before 9 pm the music also has to be pretty quiet. Furthermore it is no place to party eventhough it is sold by/for that. Loud music is a no go. The thing is that the time where you have to be quiet, is 11pm not 9pm. The rules are explained at the beginning but they change them whenever they want to. Sometimes, people are really noisy after 11pm but then, nothing is done against it. It's really controversial and unsatisfying. Especially the tents are broken and nothing here gets repaired. I will not return to this place ever again.

Summerazation spiders are everywhere in the washrooms and showers and aren't putten away everything is dirty 24/7 rules are changed in a matter of seconds nothing gets repaired things are broken eventhough it is a place for teenagers, it isn't suited for teenage behavior
