The rooms are nice, I really liked them but the owner is very unprofessional in my opinion, unnecessary comments were given that lack professionalism, we arrived at night he was waiting for us at outside, we were getting our luggage then we when we made it inside he said all of this for one night ? I said we come from a very long road trip he said yeah but still… I didn’t really understand we had one bag each and I don’t see how that’s his business. I just ignored it, before we arrived to this place they had said they would make us vegan breakfast as it also states in their description, then we later got a message saying something else but we still settled on that they would make a vegan dish for our breakfast, my boyfriend took our dogs in morning they saw we were a wake, didn’t ask any questions on when we wanted breakfast after he put the dogs inside the room and we went down for breakfast, the owner was standing outside my boyfriend asks him about breakfast which he replies that they don’t having anything and “we” vegans don’t eat bread, don’t eat butter… how did we expect anything basically, my boyfriend then said yes we eat bread most breads are vegan, I added well wasn’t this discussed yesterday? Which he said yes but I didn’t know what time you’d wake up to start making it, doesn’t make sense if you needed time you have to ask your costumers at what time they want Breakfast especially if it’s agreed on the day before we rely on that breakfast before a roadtrip, also he said you don’t eat regular food again strange comments to say about other people’s diets especially people that are your clients, at that point bread and jam was offered and said no thanks and left as I was disappointed in...

Wenn man nur eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht auf der Reise und nicht zu den Plitwitzer Seen will, liegt das Haus etwas zu weit von der Autobahn entfernt. (Achtung, nach der Mautstation darf man nur 50 km/h fahren und es wird ständig geblitzt!) Dafür hat man unglaubliche Ruhe und bei wolkenlosem Himmel einen grandiosen Nachthimmel, da kaum künstliches Licht in der Nähe ist. Die Milchstraße, verschiedenste Sternbilder so deutlich zu sehen ist wunderbar. Die Übernachtung - Comfortzimmer für vier Personen - haben wir über booking.com gebucht. Zuerst bekamen wir leider ein nicht renoviertes Appartement. Dafür würde ich allenfalls 2 Sterne geben. Es war nur ein Doppelbett gemacht. Das andere sollten wir selbst beziehen. Ein No-Go. Die sanitäre Einrichtung war nicht nutzbar. In einem Nassraum mehrere elektrische Leitungen ( Boiler, Lampenanschluss überm Spiegel...), die meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig isoliert waren. Das Appartement entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern bei Booking. Da waren wir enttäuscht. Wir haben dies dann der Vermieterin erklärt und unseren Unmut geäußert. Voila! Jetzt bekamen wir genau das Zimmer, so wie es bei Booking beschrieben war. Wir mussten nur etwas warten, da es noch gereinigt werden musste. Das war kein Problem. In der Zwischenzeit haben wir dort zu Abend gegessen. Und hier ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG! Wir haben Forellen mit gemischten Gemüse und Pommes und einen Barbecueteller genommen. Hat alles hervorragend geschmeckt. Das Gemüse war top. Und Überraschung, pro Person gab es zwei Forellen. Es waren große Forellen! Diese waren so zart, haben herrlich geschmeckt. Einen großen Teller mit Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten mit Schafskäse gab es auch noch. Die Tomaten waren super. Unser neues Appartement (das erste links, wenn man die Holztreppe hochkommt) war spitze. Alles tip top sauber. Viel Platz. Großes Wohnzimmer. Sogar kleine Küche, die wir nicht brauchten. Schönes neues Bad. Die Betten wunderbar. Wir haben herrlich geschlafen. Keine Mücken. Gutes WLAN. Vielen Dank für diese gute Übernachtung! Und dann ein gutes Frühstück, ganz anders als erwartet, doch wunderbar und energetisch gut vorhaltend für unsere weitere Reise. Für Kinder sehr empfehlenswert. Es gibt sogar einen Pool. Wir waren allerdings nicht drin. Abends zu müde, morgens war es uns zu kühl. Fazit: Mit dem richtigen Appartement ist Guest House Sara Latin...

If you want to get away from the city and just relax in nature, this place is truly magical. The owner’s property is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful greenery. The big garden has so many great spots to chill—there’s a pool with loungers, a hammock, and even a cozy bed right by the water.

The food here is really good and won’t break the bank. You get tasty, high-quality local dishes, including grilled local fish that’s just perfect. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the owner makes you feel like you’re visiting a friend’s home—he’s kind, thoughtful, and just really nice.
