Firstly the hotel is in a beautiful place not the best location for day trips. Its a 2 to 3 hour coach trip to visit attractions, but this does not distract from the hotels lovely site directly on to the beach overlooking crystal clear water and the back drop of the mountains. The three star award for service is not the fault of the staff they worked tirelessly and most time with a smile trying to cope with being short staffed. After returning from a trip to the stunning Krka waterfalls a coach full of hot and tired people exited from the coach headed to the bar for a much needed drink. Possibly 40 people cueing and one member of staff trying to cope alone. Management should know as trips are arranged by Tui what time people would return and would be in need of some refreshments why didnt they arrange extra staff for the return of coach trip? Dining staff are rushing around trying to cope with numbers and provide excellant service which lead on night to a fifteen minute wait at the table even just to get some water. The main bar in the evening had a cue strechting anything between 20 and 30 people but when your turn came you were greeted with a smile. Maybe a ploy by tui/ management to cut back alcohol consumption on the all inclusive package. One of the lifts had a malfunctioning call button which i reported to reception, only to be told it had been like that for over a year and had been reported to management. The attitude by management seems to be it will get fixed when its completely broken, but it the meant you just have to hit it extremely hard. Overall 5 star hotel in a beautiful place, 5 star staff and food sadly spoilt by - 5 star management. Would most definitely return, but any complaints would be put directly to management (if actually on site) and not the already overworked and...

Staff:
Right at the entrance I was informed that the parking is not for free. I was very surprised since I have read all informations on the Tui website and under the “location” category it said that the parking was free.
The staff member in the lobby told me that I was wrong and that I needed to pay. I have repeated myself once more and she insisted that I check the website once more by myself…
After a long drive I’ve spent an additional 15 minutes researching the website again (in the lobby). At the end, I managed to find the section with the free parking information.
When I showed her the page, she was very surprised. She told me that I have opened a different Tui website, where I needed to go to the homepage just to show her that this was not the case.
When she finally admited the mistake, I got the free parking but she did not even apologies to me. We got an apology at the checkout.
The rest of the staff was very friendly.
Content:
Content was ok but not for that price.
The food choice was pretty limited. The quality was also not that good (compared to another 3-star all inclusive hotel in Croatia).
They also offer a sauna but there is no water/tea to drink, so you need to bring your own water. At the entrance you get a towel but not an additional sheet for the sauna, so you have to enter the sauna in your swim suit or with the one towel which is not quite higienic since you need to shower after the session and you have only 1 towel.
The Mohito bar (in the evening) is understaffed. You need to wait in lines just to get a drink.
On the other side, there is a wide range of nice...
Read moreJust retuning from a wonderful, relaxing stay in the Adriatic Beach Resort. To say this was value for money is an understatement, on arrival we were greeted by very attentive, proficient reception personnel who made checking in very easy.
Overall the staff in the hotel were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was of a high standard and varied and I would certainly would recommend a visit to the a la carte restaurant. The entertainment was low key but was to our liking and the views from the roof terrace are spectacular particularly when the sun is setting.
We had a junior suite perfectly positioned giving us amazing views of the Adriatic Sea (room 3204). The decor was of a very high standard with a king size bed and a well stocked mini bar. The tap water is very crisp and is drinkable so no need for bottled water in your room.
I would recommend a trip the the Krka National Park to experience the incredible waterfalls - take swimwear and beach shoes as you are able to swim very close to the falls - although the coach journey was approximately 2 hours it was without a doubt worth it, not to be missed!
You are able to walk along the promenade/coastline and there are a couple of bars/restaurants enabling you to take a welcomed break - again beach shoes are a necessity as the beach is pebbled and there are sea urchins between the rocks!
There are a couple of things that I would suggest to enhance the experience, they are; waiter service around the pool to avoid queuing for drinks in the intense heat and a better selection of snacks at the pool bar!
All in all a fabulous trip and we would certainly recommend this amazing hotel and location - we will be...
