Hotel Brattia, adults-only hotel in Postira, Brač Island — Hotel in Općina Postira

This is by far the best hotel experience and is an example how tourism should be done in Croatia! A small family hotel, impeccably designed rooms, personalized service, additional plus all staff are locals who can provide additional tips what to do on the island.

As soon as we got to the hotel (we were there early before check-in time) we were invited for a coffee by Lea in the hotel's beautiful inner courtyard facing the pool. Then the staff went extra mile to make the suite where we were staying clean and available before check-in time so we were able to check-in early. The suite itself was magnificent with luxury materials and finishes all around the place. It was so big spanning over three floors that it felt like a house.

Breakfast was a la carte (as opposed to your avg buffet breakfast in other hotel establishments) and it included a coffee and orange juice. All around very delicious.

We indeed felt immediately like home, which in the end should be the aim of every hospitality establishment. This hotel has it all and compares very favorably to any other 5 star establishment from Dubrovnik to Istria we stayed at.

The only resentment I have is not staying any longer, but we had other plans already organized thereafter so we could not prolong our stay. My brother in law visiting from Australia also could not believe the quality of service here.

My hope is that this hotel will become a case study for the National Croatian Tourist Board so that there are more stories like this. Big congratulations to the hotel management and staff. Will definitely...

An absolute delight from start to finish. This is a beautiful new hotel in a quiet side street just off Postira's pretty harbour. The finish of the public rooms and bedrooms is quite superb - large comfortable beds, high ceilings, enormous space, spotless bathrooms complete with both bath and powerful shower. The pool area is delightful, surrounded by grassy lawns, a wide vareity of sunbeds and sofas, and a profusion of flower. And the pool itself, though small, is attractive and very welcome in the June heat. Breakfasts are good and sizeable too. Most of all, we were highly impressed with the staff who are one and all welcoming, friendly, super-efficient and will go out of their way to help. All in all a terrific find and a hotel that should go from strength to strength as the secret of its charms reaches more and more people....

We ended up being one day late because we spontaneously decided to stay in another place for an extra night. Because of that the hotel upgraded us from the rooms to an „apartment“ — it’s a little mansion! So beautiful and big and spacious!! I often miss the little details in bigger hotels now, little extra goodies like bathrobes, shoes, toiletries. Hotel Brattia has it all! Located in a wonderful fisher man village - authentic and not touristic! Breakfast a la carte was great too! Service very attentive and nice :) because it’s a boutique hotel and small the pool was never crowded and you had a very exclusive feeling overall in the place. It’s so nice it’s dangerous because you don’t want to leave this nice hotel 🙈 thanks for everything!! We will definitely be back to this...
