I must say - I was highly impressed by the whole service this hotel offered . We have travelled the world and from the moment we contacted this hotel we received excellent responses. On arrival we were greeted exceptionally by Vlado who made us feel instantly at home . He really knows his trade ! We arrived in time for the amazing meal - a unique and creative experience from the delicious and outstandingly prepared meals to the once again- personalized service . It was so good we wanted to eat there every night! Nothing was stop much for the staff who are highly professional, courteous and who put their guests needs at the center of everything they do. We want to come back and have recommended this lovely hotel to our friends . I want to thank the owner for responding to the air con issue and want to praise him on his appointment of Vlado and Peter and the team. I’m not sure if Vlado is the manager as he was so knowledgeable about the hotel but I do hope that he and Peter , and the morning staff are there when we come back . It’s the people there working to such high level of care that made our holiday memorable and wanting more ! Thank you for a great time....
Read moreBAD KARMA. Do not trust this hotel. They are fraudulent, they had six months to rebook our room, after I made a mistake through Booking.com. Unfortunately I thought the reservation was with Free Cancellation. It was not. I telephoned several times to request the money back from the Manager, Nina. This was within 48 hours of booking and six months before we were due to go on holiday. The hotel refused the refund, they refused to even offer a partial refund, whicg I proposed in fairness, as a gesture of goodwill, realising it was my genuine mistake. I reminded them on numerous occasions they had nearly half a year to find another customer. Instead they stole our money, nearly £4,000, and suggested we rebook next year - but we had to confirm our dates in 48 hours, otherwise they would withdraw the offer!!! How stupid are they..?!!! There are no flights out for Summer 2026 yet, no one can confirm dates, flights for the following year. This was another way of showing their unprofessional unscrupulous behaviour; they have no sincerity, no integrity, and no empathy.

I really liked the exposed brickwork inside the hotel and the breakfast was good, overlooking a small but pretty courtyard garden. The room was slightly on the small side and I personally wasn't keen on the glass door to the bathroom. It was frosted but as the bed faced that direction, it might not be ideal for friends sharing a room or, like myself, when sharing with an older child. There also appeared to be no English channels on the TV which could be a problem for some and whilst the room had air con, it didn't cool the room enough in a heat wave. However, the hotel was v clean and lovely to have some hotel sun loungers along the sea front, which other hotels don't have such as the newly opened Hilton, although the latter hotel might be a better option if wanting to sunbathe by a pool rather than the sea.
