Villa Iva — Hotel in Općina Raša

We were a group of 8 people and and two dogs and rented two flats for 10 days at Villa Iva. Since the initial booking, the hosts have been very friendly and informative regarding directions on how to reach the property and general information about the rental (bed sheets, towels, payments, keys and so on). Ms Barbara was waiting for us on our arrival and she showed us around the two apartments, explaining all features and appliances and answering questions, she’s been very kind and was always available throughout our stay. ||The flats were both very comfortable, extremely clean and everything was in good condition and working fine. The sea view from the balconies and windows is simply stunning. There’s a nice swimming pool with separate shower which made our stay even more enjoyable. A nice sitting and dining area with a large round table and a barbecue can be found at the back of the house. Private parking is provided just outside the villa’s entry gate.||It’s a short walk downhill to the seaside through a trail or the main road. There’s a quaint little beach with lounges and umbrella rentals, little coves and rocky accesses to the clear, emerald sea that will take your breath away. A nice bar/restaurant can be found by a larger, free beach, just past the parking lot. ||We had a lovely, quiet and relaxing holiday and would go back in...

We spent there three days at the end of August, and we were very satisfied. Apartment is very well equipped, air-conditioned rooms, tv, dishwasher in the kitchen, large terrace, also place for barbecue and parking place. It is only 500 metres away from the beach. Cu dirigiamo verso Ravne.||La strada è molto bella da fare in moto tra vigneti, faggi e ulivi. A volte stretta e tortuosa. ||Ravne è arrivato di sorpresa, scoprendo che in realtà è un paesino sperduto " a cul de sac " come si dice in francese, con una solo strada che|| finisce a strapiombo sul mare. All'inizio è stato un pò deludente, ma si è trasformata in un posto unico appena siamo stati raggiunti da Barbara,|| una simpatica istriana ||Spettacolo....Per me e mio marito, 2 piccoli orsetti non troppo amanti del caos e con tanta voglia di star bene insieme, trovare una villa così ||bella ed accogliente in un posto così selvaggio ma in armonia con la natura è stata un'esperienza fantastica.||Il nulla a 2 passi da un mare stupendo, con un solo ristorantino tipico con cibi semplici ma fatti con cura e a cifre incredibili. ||Tanto verde, cicale, vento e di sera un cielo stellato fantastico che ti tengono compagnia e poi pace...tanta pace...||Abbiamo prolungato di un giorno questa sosta che ha contribuito a ricaricarci le pile un pò scariche dopo un anno di lavoro difficoltoso.||E solo la semplice colazione sul nostro balconcino ne è valsa la pena !||Attenzione durante la ricerca del posto.... sul sito si vede una bella villa bianca mentre in realtà adesso è stata dipinta di un bel giallo solare||con persiane azzurro cobalto....Difficile da non...
