Read moreWe were a party of 5, occupying a 4 rooms. We were all very disappointed with this hotel, and made numerous complaints during our stay. None of which made any difference. It was supposed to be a 4* hotel, but the only thing that was up to this standard was the price. First a few good things: ||Excellent WiFi, every room appeared to have its own router. ||Great location close to the marina and the city centre. Lovely views.||* Spacious rooms and balconies. Clean. ||Now to the not so good.. ||* The aircondition didn't work in any of the rooms! This meant that especially during the night the heat was intolerable, I measured the temperature in the room to be 28 C during one night. We all complained about this repeatedly, just to be told that the system was working just fine. Suspect that the aircondition is turned off during the night to save on costs, ||* Another thing that made it impossible to sleep was the noise coming from the hotel-entertainers every night. Incredibly loud music meaning so much so that we had to that shout to each other when trying to talk on balcony. This continued from 22.30 to 12/12.30 every night. Even with air plugs you could feel and hear the bass.||The receptions staff with a few exceptions were very unhelpful. In checking in my 95-year old grandmother, 3 ppl used 45 min. A general impression is that it is very unorganized. I suddenly had 2 bookings under my name, my grandmother was charged for a half-board that she wasn't informed of, and our bookings was randomly single-rooms and double rooms without there being ANY difference in the room except in the price (25 euro per night). We were also not informed that the price for breakfast had nearly doubled, from 8 euro to 15 from low-high season. ||The hotel has a gentlemans club with windows in the pool which I presume you could see into from the club under the pool-area. Although it didn't bother us I fint this very tacky and outdated. A general feeling for the entire hotel. ||||I could mention many more minor things however I dont have the time or the energy.||All-in-all I would never stay at this hotell again! I strongly advice all others than those who love living in a noisy, boiling hot room with a gentlemans club nearby to...

Read moreWe charted a sailing boat and spent the first and last day at this Marina. It started awefully! We also visited Korcula, Lastovo and Vis, and this Marina had by far the worste services - staff not very friendly - with one extreme (wich I will describe bellow); offering nothing special - no small details that made your stay more pleasant, just a factory for chartered yachts, every single thing had to be paid extra; not very clean - especially the bathrooms were outdated and not well maintained. Not once did I find them clean, always looking like the pictures attached. I will definitely look for a different marina next time.
Back to the extreme situation, where I was threatened and insulted by a member of the marina staff. When we arrived we parked infront of the reception to take out our luggage like everybody else. The receptionist first told us to move to another place, which we did, and we started taking luggage out of the car. In the mean time we found out that we might have driven 16 hours for nothing, because the charted company did not have the boat, which we booked, available. As I went to sort it out, my wife, who stayed at the car, called me on the phone that the receptionist, who innitially told us to move the car, to where it was parked now, is being very rude, telling her we now have to leave immediatelly and that he will call the police if we dont. I dropped everything and ran for the car where I was also approached by the receptionist who talked to me like I was some bum. I warned him not to talk to me like that, that we are dealling with a problem. To which he reacted: “You are the problem” and started raising his voice. A very emotional interaction followed, which I ended by walking away and parking the car elseware. Unaccaptable behavior! Instead of supporting me in my issue with the sailing boat, they made the...
