We are here still as a part of a group. I have been all around the world, and this is by far one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Not for anything, but you expect differently from a 4 stars hotel.||We arrived here at night and we had paid for the bags to be taken up to our rooms. Unfortunately we arrived late (10 pm) and the man had left!!||First of all..each room 1 key only. Wow.And no possibility for another onr.||||Dinner was quite terrible. Really. A tiny corner. They did have fish, meat and chicken..but..||We were 50 people. The dessert was 50 peices of a tiny chocolate unkown item.||||The rooms are good and very clean. Our room was huge.. :)||||The next day for breakfast, the selection was so limited I ate watermelons and buttered toast everyday!!||Then the staff were literally WATCHING us. One at the door and one passing between the tables to clean. But actually they were not just cleaning. They were making sure no one goes out with a "treassured" sandwich. My friend took a tiny sandwich with her..the lady stopped her saying: you must pay!!!!!!!! Imagine that.||||Then I made the terrible mistake of asking for a kettle. The guy had no idea what a kettle was. I had to get him a photo from the internet just to show him. So he said he has been in the hotel business fir a very long time and never heard of guests asking for kettles. Then he said: if I give you a kettle..how am I going to sell my teas and coffees. I was dumbstruck.||||That was nothing compared to their rudeness and inability to treat the tourists.||we were not able to use the tap cold water machine during the day. Only during breakfast.||No to mention how rude the staff were with my friends on the group.||||The pool is tiny but cute.||The WIFI is really good and strong.||||Finally I told the man that this is the worst experience in my life and that I will write a bad review on Tripadvisor. He said he doesnt even know what Tripadvisor is.||||No way this hotel is 4 stars. No way.||So in short if you are really stuck and have no where to go at all..and dont mind the illtreatment or the v v v v limited food selection..go there. ||Otherwise: DO NOT GO.||They successfully ruined...
