Vicko — Hotel in Općina Starigrad

We stayed here as part of a group booking on a walking holiday. Some of our group were in the hotel proper, some in this annex. We got room 102, which is a small apartment, with balcony, kitchenette and lounge area - comfortable and spacious. The kithenette was equipped quite sparsely (only tiny coffee cups, not suitable for tes, for example), but we didn't need anything beyond the fridge :-)||We ate (breakfast and evening meal) in the hotel proper. The breakfast fare is a bit sparse, but there is a fruit bowl, bread, spreads and meats, some cereals, pastries and some warm eggs. I think the staff have a little difficulty keeping everything refreshed all the time, so an early breakfast is likely to give you a better choice than a late one. Evening meal quality was varied - my wife had a lacklustre seafood risotto, but I can thoroughly recommend the tuna steak with colourful vegetables and dalmatian potatoes - delicious and superbly cooked.||The Villa has a garden and is just by a beach - you can have loungers free of charge. Just along the way is a beach bar and you're not far from the beachside bars, restaurants and tourist trinket booths...

Pleasantly Surprised – Highly Recommended!

At first, the hotel seemed a bit modest from the outside, but everything changed once we checked in. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the very beginning.

Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The room was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – they even folded our clothes and neatly arranged our belongings, which was a lovely and unexpected touch.

We had a balcony with a nice view of the street – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Just a short walk downstairs, there’s a beach nearby where you can swim and relax by the water, which made our stay even better.

I truly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely...

We stayed in hotel Vicko for 4 nights. The room was perfectly clean and air-conditioned. Dinner was served by friendly and high professional staff and also was delicious (waiter showed us fresh fish and clams before preparing). For breakfast you can eat whatever comes to your mind, it's fantastic!! The hotel beach is 3min away on foot and as a guest of the hotel you get free deck-chair.||During our holiday, I had a birthday and the staff prepared the cake with candles for me, it was very pleasant surprise :)||At the checkout, the manager gave us home made brandy as a gift and the receptionist waved at us for safe trip to home, it was like we are going home from our own family. ||I highly recommend this place ! We are definitely coming...
