While looking for a place to stay for a night on the return trip from our Balkan tour, we ended up here. Fortunately, there were some free pitches remaining. The campsite itself is well equipped with a shop, restaurant, tennis courts, boat rental and lots of things to do for kids. So for families, this might be a perfect choice. We did not try/need most of that, except the shop, so no comment possible on e.g. food or animation quality. For people with boats, there is a slipway and everything else you need. The location also seems perfect for exploration by boat. The pitches are sufficiently spacious and have an even surface, there is electricity and water available. Most pitches offer shade from trees. We had no problem with the height of our car (4x4 with rooftop tent). The sanitary buildings seem quite sparse for the amount of pitches. I would also say they could be cleaned more often, the cleanliness was not on the level I would expect for a campsite with such high prices. All functional but not "super". Speaking of which: we paid 87€ for one night (2 adults, 4x4 with rooftop tent, 2 dogs) which is VERY expensive, even compared to Spain, Southern France and Portugal. For this amount of money, I do expect nothing less than perfection. Unfortunaltely, the campsite does not deliver sufficiently. As said, this might be great for (financially capable) families with kids who need the recreational options but I think prices are too high for the offering. Especially if you do not need the fuzz.

We stayed at the end of July for a week, it was nice. Tho i didn’t understand the fireworks. I heard that this place was really dog friendly then one time I came back from a walk to fireworks going off and dogs going crazy because of them:( Also, if you stay in the cabins we did and you have neighbours, you don’t really have privacy on your terrace. Our cabin was the first in the line of like 10(?) other cabins and I could see what’s going on on all of their terraces (we ended up putting our SUP on the side of the terrace in a way that it covered us). Other than that, i enjoyed staying here. This place is is nice, it has a shop (one inside the camp and a bigger one outside, like a 5min walk) a restaurant, a nice beach (i read complaints about the beach/sea water here but i have none, it was really pleasant and nice), sport opportunities (we tried golfing). The first day we had problems with the water’s temperature and having no gas for the stove but we called a lady and she fixed it within 5 minutes. The beds were clean and comfortable. 😊 I only give 2 stars for the location since I really love spending summer nights at bigger towns/cities and there isn’t really any of that near this camp. My dad prefers these kind of “chill” vacations and we visited some villages around, so if you’re like my dad then you’ll love this place!😆 +there are some cats around the camp and donkeys at the entrance, adorable

🛑 DO NOT STAY HERE — BED BUG INFESTATION 🛑 One of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. We booked two apartments for a group trip. One of them was crawling with bed bugs - not a few, but a full multi-generational infestation (eggs, fecal stains, adult bugs, everything). Staff didn’t notice it. We had to point it out. They offered to move us, then took the new room back, and told us to just stay in the infested room. Are you joking?? We spent time and money decontaminating everything, had to leave early, and dealt with horrible bites and anxiety. We gave them photos, videos, scientific documentation, and still they only refunded one of the two apartments. Even Booking.com failed to protect us. This place is a health hazard, the staff are dismissive, and the management is dishonest. If you’re reading this: RUN. Go anywhere else. Don’t risk bringing bed bugs home with you. After weeks and weeks of harassing them via booking.com we only received a refund for half of the total booking (2 apartments).

🚨 Avoid at all costs

Beware, there is a lot of positive 5-star reviews from posters with only 1-2 history of reviews, they aim to bury bad reviews.

In a nutshell, very high price for very low quality accommodations. From the start, we reported NO hot water in the shower. We got hot water the day after but after that, NO more hot water for 3 days? Completely unacceptable and the problem was never corrected, we gave them the chance to correct the problem, they ignored us.

Avoid this place. While we did experience some responsive customer service on other issues, the very high price for such low quality makes this place a 1-star option.

Impossible to block the sink in the bathroom. The blinders’ lock is rusted in place. There is WIFI but it is NOT included in the high price of the room? In 2025? Ridiculous, taking you hostage while you are on vacation.

Very noisy environment, there is an out-of-control dog at the sailing club. He constantly barks and the employees do not do anything about it. For them, it is normal that their dog barks all day long. We were woken up every morning by the barking dog and the employees do not care, they hate their clients.

Lastly, a lot of people ride bikes and scooters very fast in the pedestrian sidewalk along the beach. There is no security who takes this seriously, it is a circus and somebody will get badly hurt one day. For a family campground with lots of kids, there will be accidents eventually as it is completely out of control and people are not prudent at all. One mistake and somebody will go to the hospital, useless and careless risks.

Save yourself the headaches,...
