Holiday house Villa Gasparini — Hotel in Općina Višnjan

We stayed in Villa Gašparini for one week in late September/ beginning of October and had the most fabulous time. Nataša welcomed us with home-made pancakes (which were delicious) and a fridge full of local produce and home-made wine and rakija. She was so generous we almost had to do zero shopping while staying at the villa, which is something that has never happened to us before. In addition to all that, the villa has a small vegetable garden, which still held fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, and cabbage this late in the year. Together with her great recommendations for restaurants, our trip was culinary perfection.

Moreover, we really enjoyed all the amenities of the villa and garden area surrounding it. We had deliberately chosen this villa for its hot tub, which was spotless and perfect for cooler late summer/ autumn evenings. The yard surrounding the villa is very spacious, and you can always find sun or shade (whichever you currently prefer) in some corner. Everything is very well taken care of, from the lawn to the outside fireplace stocked with plenty of firewood (and replenished during our stay!). Another great plus for us were the bikes that come with the villa, which we used several times to cycle around Istria (which has a great network of bike trails by the way). These, too, were in perfect condition and Nataša was very helpful with recommending bike routes. You can also do enjoyable short walks from the villa to historic sites such as a stone circle.

We have travelled to Croatia many times and experienced great hospitality throughout, but Nataša was truly the most thoughtful host we have ever had! We will definitely come stay...

Villa Gasparini is everything you need for vacation. House in small and quiet village in the middle of Istria, near to Visnjan, Motovun, Grožnjan, Poreč… It is very nice renovated house equipped with everything you need. The house is equipped far above the customary standard, everything modern and comfortable but arranged with character. It is perfectly clean and maintained house.

In past we had many good hosts, but we never felt so welcome as in Villa Gasparini. Natasa and Dean are absolutely perfect hosts - always very responsive, caring and sharing great tips. They really made a difference...

Malo je 5 zvjezdica za ocijeniti boravak u ovom objektu. Nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji u malom selu. Idealno za odmor (aktivan i pasivan) obitelji s djecom ili bez. Poseban ugođaj je boravak u kamenoj vili s kaminom. Opremljenost, urednost i čistoća objekta i okoliša je na zavidnoj razini. Teško je naći da nešto nedostaje. U cijeni smještaja uključeno je korištenje roštilja, ležaljki sa suncobranima, ljuljačke, Renaulta 4, quada, skutera, bicikli, trampolina i više igara( pikado, mini golovi, badminton...). U okolici je nekoliko biciklističkih staza. Uz nadoplatu se može koristiti vanjski jacuzzi koji je odličan za opuštanje nakon aktivnosti. Toliko toga je dostupno, da i u kasnu jesen nije bilo ni sekundu mjesta dosadi. Žao nam je što nismo mogli ostati duže i uživati u svemu što smještaj u ovom objektu nudi. U okolici, u krugu od pola sata vožnje od objekta, ima više vrhunskih restorana i OPG-a s domaćom hranom. Savršen boravak upotpunjuje domaćica Nataša. Nenametljiva, a u svako doba odmah dostupna. Dočekala nas je i više nego srdačno, s mnogo korisnih informacija, osnovnim namirnicama i domaćim voćem, povrćem i proizvodima.
