😊: Nawiększy atut apartamentu to balkon(szkoda, że odgrodzony tylko roletą od sąsiadów) z widokiem na morze. Apartament trochę oddalony od deptaka więc dało się odczuć spokój. Gospodarze bezproblemowi. Dużym plusem jest także miejsce parkingowe.. 😢: Największym problemem był zapach z łazienki, ogólnie apartament wymaga odnowienia a w zasadzie remontu. Jest też stosunkowo wąski w układzie tramwaju. Całość spowodowała tak niskie oceny. Być może czynnikiem, który powodował brzydki zapach były deszcze ale i tak trudno było tego zapachu się pozbyć.
