We spent two nights at this hotel. The good things are location as the hotel is basically on the beach, the male waiter who worked in the evening is charming and deserves 5 stars. You will also get sunbeds on the beach, but you need to hurry and get it earlier in the morning if the hotel is fully booked.||||And now the bad things... AC didn't work, as an apology, we received free drinks for the dinner, but that can't replace having trouble sleeping and staying in the small room without AC. They should let us know that they are having issues with the AC system before the arrival because we would definitely change our mind and choose a different hotel. Rooms are not fully cleaned, you can see the stains all over the floor and in the bathroom. The balcony doors can't be opened in full, because the bed blocks them. Što reći o ovom hotelu?
Došli smo i bili oduševljeni blizinom plaže i parkingom s dovoljno parkirnih mjesta. Obiteljska soba zaista prostrana.
Dočekao nas je kauč, bračni krevet (140x200) te jedan krevet 90x200. Rečeno je da će biti dva kreveta 90x200. I tako je ostavljena posteljina za ta dva postojeca kreveta, iako su trebala biti tri. Soba i wc uredni.
Osoblje nam se prva dva dana činilo ok, dok ne shvatiš da ti se zapravo smiju lažnim osmjehom i okreću očima. Vrlo malo osoblja govori hrvatski. S cistacicama smo se sporazumijevali preko Google translatea. Neki stariji nervozni konobar govori hrvatski. Vlasnici hotela su ljubazni. I jedna konobarica izuzetno ljubazna, no zna 2 riječi hrvatskog. Mislim da ni engleski većina osoblja ne govori. Stariji konobar viče po terasi zašto roditelji ne paze na svoju djecu i tako...
Hrana. Što reći za hranu... Vrlo,vrlo loše. Prezacinjeno većinom sve. Hrenovki u juhi, mesnoj roladi, tjestenini.... Svježi salatni krastavci, suhi od stajanja. Salate za ručak dobiješ s nekakvim umakom tek toliko da dobiješ. Za ručak i večeru stalno pečeni krumpir i riža. Djeca koja su navikla na domaću, kuhanu, zdravu hranu vrlo teško se najedu. Vegetarijanci imaju izbor za ručak jesti svaki dan pomfrit ili pohraniti sir. Za večeru nešto veći izbor salata. Za ručak u meniju stoji kolač uračunat u cijenu, a zapravo ga nema već si možeš uzeti nekoliko malih kriški lubenice. Juha od povrća s nekoliko zrnaca graha, kukuruza i paprike, bez ičeg drugog. Ili pak juha od brokule - skuhana brokula u komadima s nešto začina. Doručak srednja žalost. Sve u svemu, razočaranje veliko.
Plus je veličina sobe i blizina plaže. I to zaslužuje dvojku, sve ostalo nažalost -....

spent three days at Beni. Overall expirience is average, nut few details made it most unpleasent vacation lately. It is 3stars hotel, we payed for 3 meals a day. Selection is poor, and even worse if you come few minutes after begining of serving. There was a Check couple serving food. This “host” was showing a lot of disrespect and hate to me and kids.
