The staff at this hotel were lovely, but the hotel is more of a "motel", the rooms were all big but very very average. It seemed to us that our room was also used as storage for the hotel, we had an exercise bike & extra drawers just tucked away in the corner! The bathroom was not nice, the shower head had a broken holder, so it just dangled down, very hard to wash your hair! Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but enough to make sure you didn't leave hungry. We had a few drinks in the bar of an evening, that was quite nice. During our research for small towns, we accidentally found out that a town named Vinkovci, in Croatia is the oldest town in whole Europe, so we stayed in Vinkovci for two days. Read moreWe selected this friendly hotel during our recent visit to Vinkovci and we found it as very clean, excellent service and amenities with ample free parking. Food is very good with some domestic specialities. Hotel has free WiFi, tennis court and the staff is very professional. Kristina, the General Manager made as feel very welcome and explained to us the oldest city in Europe Vinkovci, which is over 8,000 years and a lot history and many attractions.
