A great house with garden for vacation in all seasons, an ideal base for exploring eastern Croatia, especially the Srijem region. The house is located in the town of Sotin, 10 km east of Vukovar in the direction of Ilok, practically along the banks of the Danube.

The house is well equipped, parking in the yard, outdoor barbecue, back garden with fruit trees, gas heating, a spacious sofa for enjoyment, a good and comfortable bed, as well as all other necessities for a pleasant stay. For me, the biggest surprise and advantage of the house is the proximity to the Danube, in about 400 meters and 5 minutes of walking there is a beautiful coast, ideal for walking and exploring the river... forests, birds, just perfect.

In addition to all of this and nearby Vukovar, the house is a perfect base for exploring Srijem, Baranja and Eastern Slavonia... beautiful Ilok is a 25-minute drive away, Mohovo and the Mammoth Valley and Šarengrad are also close. Vinkovci are not far away either (40 minutes) and the big beautiful Osijek less than an hour away.
