Sirenis Playa Turquesa — Hotel in Banes

I was there recently. I can honestly say this is a mediocre/substandard hotel, with mostly nice and friendly staff, kinda nice looking rooms, but low service quality overall. Food was scarce and repetitive, snacks were almost nonexistent and cold, even though the SnackBar was open 24hrs. The facilities are fine, but everything is far from the main building/lobby/buffet restaurant, you gotta walk up a lot of stairs to get to the lobby. Drinks are very limited, you'll just find a lot of rum (Black Tears), some vodka, maybe, some low quality whiskey, but that's it, the lobby bar is low on everything a hotel should have for an all-inclusive resort. Only one liter-and-half bottle of water during the whole stay, yes, and I was there for four nights, and even after I requested more up front, they did nothing, so, my advise to you all is, either skip this hotel for there's a lack of drinking water, or make sure you request bottled water and you witness it being opened, otherwise they'll bring you water in a pitcher, which is the same water you shower with, VERIFIED! ( The Water treatment plant isn't filtering the water right and not enough, so they use another one and mixed the two waters and then you get this mud tasting water) I brought up this issue with PILAR, a lady part of the Overseas/Spain management, and nothing was solved, me and my family kept getting DIRT-TASTING SINK WATER to drink. So, to avoid diarrhea, or other stomach illness, be wary! My friend and I stayed at this lovely hotel many years ago and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The food was very enjoyable, the staff were helpful and friendly. We keep saying we must go back and I think we will do in the not too...

Que deception en pasar mis vacaciones este hotel de construcción hace 20 años , Desde mi llegada fueron problemas y más y más No sabía si gritar , correr o huir , pero en años no olvidaré los pésimos días en esta instalación y mientras respire en cada espacio , lugar , prensa , redes expresaré cada detalle de todo lo sucedido:
