I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and overall, it was a good experience. The best part was definitely the friendly staff — especially the woman at the reception, she was so welcoming and helpful. They also spoke English, which made communication smooth. I liked that they offered packaged breakfast; it was convenient for me. The room was spacious, comfy, and had everything you might need — utensils, cups, etc.

A few things to keep in mind: the hotel is fully non-smoking, which might be an issue for some (though it didn’t bother me), and I did feel the price was a bit high for what it offered. Nothing was bad at all, but I think you can find similar quality at a lower price nearby. Location-wise, it’s very practical — walking distance to airport shuttles and well-connected to many bus routes, so getting around is easy.

Hotel was new, so we were sure everything will be nice. First, they gave us a standard room although we booked and paid a superior room. After switching rooms, the supposed-to-be superior room had the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. The room was nice at first sight, the furniture still new. Still, the closet was broken. Service was worse that it can get. In 5 days, they did not clean the room once - for getting new towels or toilet paper, we had to go to the reception and bring it ourselves. The noises did not allow for any good sleeping, every night there was a loud motor running close to our room - maybe for generating electricity? We planned to stay 10 days but after finally also finding small animals in the bathroom and the bed, we left and will...
