Esperando — Hotel in Maroni

If you want a traditional residence, this is not it. It’s modern with ac and juccuzi as well as a rain shower within the room, or the one we had. |It’s located in Maroni which is so close to the beach, quicker by car but can also be done by foot. |All the facilities were fine however the bed was most uncomfortable. The mattress extremely soft that you can feel the board underneath. |The room was extremely clean and towels smelled so fresh however disappointing that when I made the bed in the morning (yes I like to, hate a messy room) I found that the bottom|Of the bed had probably not been cleaned in months. |All in all it’s not my style of accommodation but would still recommend for those looking for a great view, a pool and fairly...

We visited Esperando in September 2023 and after being asked to change rooms, from the family room they allocated to double and then again to escape a noisy neighbour we finally settled in a lovely room. ||When we decided to return in September ‘25, I specifically asked for the same lovely room again and was told it was available so I booked it 8 weeks in advance.||Last week, just 7 days before arrival, the owner told us we’d have to have a different room for the first two nights of our stay.||I asked why and was told another holidaymaker’s booking had changed.||I politely asked why that holiday maker couldn’t use the other room for two nights.||I was then invited to...

In general this was a pleasant getaway. We stayed here for two nights. The money we spent were fair. The hosts veery kind and friendly and professional. The room we had was spacious, had all the electrical equipments we needed, the led lights were cool, the sauna was great, but had a very weird smell when we turned it on. You need to keep the bathroom window open while you add the hot water in the tub. The village view was wonderful, but the furniture need to get up to date and they need to fix some because they look broken.. The church's bells might wake you up in the morning.
