High View Gardens — Hotel in Mazotos

Accommodation is fine, nothing fancy but clean and good sized rooms ideal for families. The complex itself is okay. We booked for 4 nights and to be honest that is long enough. This place would be ideal if it wasn't so remote. The place is nice but we noticed things that needed doing, cracked flags, smashed plant pots, dated painting, it just needs some t l c. If it's a very quiet break your looking for then yes book it, but if you want even a tiny bit of something going on then don't. You definitely need a car here, don't even think about coming here without one. The complex is also unmanned so there isn't any one to call on if things arnt what you want. There is a poolside bar open but it's just young girls that are running it and they are more interested in chatting than keeping the place as it should be. You may think that I'm just being a bit fussy but this is my holiday that I get once a year and I want it to be just like it is in my head before I arrive, so I'm just being honest. A very interesting building in the local landscape. A pool is present and Larnaca is just a couple of minutes far away. We have paid 844$ for two bedrooms, 13 days in October via Airbnb. The kitchen was fully equipped just the bathroom had some minor issues like a congestion in the toilet and a crack in the bath tub. There is nothing here but the flats, a polluted pool and abysmal internet. On the other hand it's blissfully quiet, miles from the nearest town and kilometres away from the nearest beach. A magnificent collection of dormouse and indifferent cats as well as the event present colonies of ants adds up the other attractions of the place.
