I had an incredible stay at the Pine View Hotel. Everything was perfect down to the last detail. The views are just incredible in the mountains, it has a very tranquil, peaceful atmosphere with the freshest air. The new restaurant has just opened and the food was amazing. The pitta and tzatziki dip for starters was probably the best I have ever tasted. We also had the lamb and moussaka. The lamb was so tender and falling off the bone, the moussaka had immense, rich flavour. Our rooms were immaculate and spacious, with a flat screen tv and windows overlooking the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet at night so there was no sleep disturbance. We were served breakfast which included the option of either avocado on toast, eggs to your preference and a couple of other options. As well as this everyone gets a selection of hams, cheese and veg, toasts with fresh jam and deliciously fresh yoghurt topped with nuts, fruits and jam. We tried the orange juice which was so fresh and tasty. We were amazed by the quality and quantity of the breakfast.
