The complex is great, it's well-maintained, full of facilities, staff are friendly and always try their best to help you.
The main problems are no walkable roads to the city at this time (even the unpaved country road mentioned before has been walled off completely) and that living here long-term means coping with obnoxious tourists who keep finding new ways to harass you. E.g. opting to force you to listen to their soundbox while they're at the pool (fortunately management forbid this after a while and the lifeguards actually enforce it now), throwing parties or having long loud conversations/phone calls on their balconies at 2am, parking their joyride motorbikes in the middle of a pedestrian walkway, or parking 30cm next to your driver's door for no discernible reason when you're the only other car in an empty parking lot, so you have to crawl into your car via passenger's seat. Or just generally parking wherever, despite every apartment having a dedicated parking space.
The staff do their best, but it just never ends. I wish they'd stress to guests that this is a residential complex where people live, not a hotel that exists solely for them.
If the guests weren't behaving like this and there was at least some sort of road you could walk in 10-15min, this would be a 5/5...
Read moreThe place is beautiful. The apartment is spacious. Nice design. Comfortable. Cool pool. But what you is it for if you have there more problems than joy... I spent 3 days in stress. No one from bolt approves the rides there. Without the car is a prison. There is no grocery store around. Been living on wolt take always full stay Because no bolt approves ride I wanted to contacted property management to advice me airport transfer a)they dont pick up phone b)they dont reply to emails c)one of emails on their website is not valid They dont come to clean/check room. So tiny bottle of soap and shampoo needs to last for your entire stay Without the car the area to go to city of dreams is dangerous. Google maps shows a way through some man farm (there is no pass). Road without a pavement, quite busy. 3 men stopped to pick me up. Dangerous for women. Alternatively one person working on construction nearby shown me the hole in the fence as a shortcut :) The office does not want to help. They will say 'go to speak to security' The lock someone mentions works weird. Once I locked myself in but after 15min fighting with the door I managed to take...
Read moreOur family has been residing in Sunset Gardens for approximately a year now, and I frequently have to traverse a particular path, which I'll discuss in this review, every 1-2 days.
While the official website claims that the area is adjacent to the largest casino resort in Europe, the actual journey to the City of Dreams is quite challenging. The route is approximately 1 km long and consists of gravel, making it difficult to walk under the intense sun.
Additionally, there are ancient ruins from the mid-20th century or earlier, farms, and sometimes even dogs along the way(if you are afraid them, welcome!).
The most significant drawback is that the path is not illuminated, making it unsafe to travel alone in the evening to My Mall or Casino without a car.
I hope that administration hear this feedback and improve this situation as you've promised a long time ago.
**Important note: This is more about the road, NOT about the private cottage. However I write the review here, because administration of cottage've promised to make the normal road from Sunset Gardens to...
