Hotel Resort Stein — Hotel in Cheb District

First they are not focused on Germen visitors only. Every guests is a guest for them. We arrived on the beginning of the week... There were a little number of the customers ... On the beginning there was a problem with google navigation, but this is not a fault of the hotel but google itself. Anyway we arrived safely. Parking place is included in the price of the hotel and under surveliance pf the CCTV which is great. We got very nice and clen rooms which are connected togheter. Bathrooms are Ok and there are also balkony which faacing to the a huge garden where you can see the horses etc. The place is strategicaly well located... The owner himself and his employees are very friendly and well traind. They are talkative, helpfull and just great... When you rent a horse nobody is looking on watches. You can just enjoy your relax there... If the employee made mistake they appology and imideately are fixing it. Later many time saying sorry for that. Food - great, huge portion and great taste.. Horse trainer - absolutely profesional and very friendly with children.

Simply just come here and enjoy because I have many experience around the world and this hotel and its services are one of the top. Thank you Mr. Owner and see you next time for sure...

Prvně nejsou zaměřeni jen na německé hosty. Každý host je pro hotel hostem a jsou úžasní. Dorazili jsme na začátek týdne ... Bylo tam několik zákazníků ... Na začátku byl problém s navigací google, ale to není chyba hotelu, ale google sám. Každopádně jsme dorazili bezpečně. Parkovací místo je zahrnuto v ceně hotelu a pod dohledem CCTV, což je skvělé. Máme velmi pěkné a členové místnosti, které jsou propojeny s nimi. Koupelny jsou v pořádku a jsou zde také balkony, které fascinují do obrovské zahrady, kde můžete vidět koně atd. Místo je strategicky dobře umístěný ... Vlastník a jeho zaměstnanci jsou velmi přátelští a dobře trénovaní. Jsou mluvení, nápomocní a prostě skvělí ... Když si půjčíte koně, nikdo se nedívá na hodinky. Můžete si zde jen užít svůj odpočinek ... Pokud zaměstnanec udělal chybu, okamzite ji a okamžitě ji opravil. Později mnohokrát za to říkám sorry. Jídlo - skvělá, velká porce a skvělá chuť .. Trenér koně - naprosto profesionální a velmi přátelský s dětmi.

Jednoduše sem přijďte a užijte si to, protože mám mnoho zkušeností z celého světa a tento hotel a jeho služby jsou jedním z nejlepších. Děkuji, pane majiteli, a uvidíme se příště...

We (my wife and two little kids) stayed two nights.||||The reason of travel was my class reunion, so my wife stayed one evening alone with the kids in the room and it was very dissapointing to have no internet access and cable TV (a room on the 3rd floor above the restaurant).||The reception service would also need some improvement. Except for the nice older lady (which seemed to be the owner's wife) the receptionsts were indifferent to our concerns.||After our departure and a bit hasty morning, I learnt that we were charged for services we didn't order. I wanted to pay the night before our departure (as I always do) but the reception was already closed (cca. 9 p.m.).||||However, the location is amazing and very quiet. There are great opportunities for outdoor trips and activities (horseback riding with a very friendly instructor, bicycle riding, trips to the surrounding nature or historical town of Cheb). Our 2-year old enjoyed the playground.||The restaurant is o.k. and the waitrers were very caring, although a bit forgetfull ;-).||The breakfast was a standard. The choice was not small not great and tasty. I would avoid the ice cold sunny-side-up eggs and the brown tasteless liquid they called coffee.||||Overall, we enjoyed the stay and I rated as "Very good" mainly thanks to the lousy competition. I always love my trips Cheb, but I will never understand why the hotels are of such a low standard there. Hotel Stein is the best of the Cheb's hotels...

Wir waren letztes Jahr im Hotel Stein . ( Wollten schon die ganze Zeit eine Bewertung schreiben , aber wie es so ist vergisst man es immer wieder im Alltagsstress) . Es war unser 4. Aufenthalt. Wir waren bis auf das letzte Mal immer top zufrieden. Dann kam wohl Corona . Die "alten " Mitarbeiter waren teilweise nicht mehr da , vorallem die Kellner . Leider waren wir diesmal gar nicht zu frieden . Vergessene Bestellungen ...ewiges Warten - 1-1.5 h auf das Essen und das trotz das wir HP hatten . Das ganze mit einem Baby/Kleinkind . Natürlich super, wenn man halb 7 das Restaurant betritt und halb 9 erst verlässt. Wir haben zum Beispiel ein anderes Essen noch zusätzlich für unser großes Kind bestellt . Dieses wurde 3mal !!! Vergessen und kam dann nach 1.5 h!! . Sowas ist definitiv ein no Go. Und dann kam auch noch das falsche . So ging es fast jeden Abend. Eine Entscheidung? Fehlanzeige.

Auch das Deutsch einzelner Kellner war absolut grauenhaft ...selbst einfache Sachen an Essen wurden nicht verstanden. Beschwerden an die Kellner waren egal und es wurde nur gelächelt darüber . ( War bei Einheimischen leider nicht der Fall ) . Das Frühstück war okay .

Zimmer: Dieses war diesmal auch nicht super . Hatten immer eins im Holzanbau, welche super waren. Diesmal eins im Haupthaus, leider direkt bei der Cowboy Bar oben drüber . Natürlich mit zwei Kindern auch wieder sehr ungünstig ....da man die Musik schon sehr gehört hat . Mit den Gästen über uns hatten wir leider auch kein Glück . Diese versammelten sich jeden Abend in ihrem Zimmer über uns mit ihren Nachbarn ... rückten Tische und Stühle hin und her , trinkten und spielten ausgiebig Tischspiele mit sehr lauten lachen und brüllen. Trotz das ich mehrmals nach oben gegangen bin um mich zu beschweren ( es war 22/23uhr ) änderte sich nichts . Leider entfiel auch die Reinigung der Zimmer aufgrund von Corona . Natürlich ebenfalls sehr doof wenn man den ganzen Sand und Dreck im Zimmer hat und ein Kleinkind auf dem Fußboden Rum krabbelt . Besen etc konnte man sich holen ...also machte ich selber sauber (was ich natürlich in einen Urlaub eigentlich nicht wollte ) . Aber naja .

Umgebung: Die Umgebung ist natürlich Klasse . Man kann schön spazieren gehen . Der kleine Bauernhof ist super für die Kids . Der kleine Pool im Sommer ebenfalls . Auch das Reiten was angeboten wird . Zu den Wellnessangeboten kann ich nicht viel sagen . Der wirlpool ist schön...und das Bierbad ebenfalls zu empfehlen .

Der Preis für den Aufenthalt ist auch super finde ich , wenn alles stimmt .

Leider hat uns diesmal wirklich das lange Warten beim Essen abends sowie auch nachmittags wenn man Mal was wollte und das ungünstige Zimmer ,den Urlaub etwas zu nichte gemacht . Da wir uns täglich nur ärgern konnten. Zum Glück hat es den Kindern dennoch soweit gefallen .

Ich weis ehrlich gesagt nicht ob wir nochmal wieder kommen . Ich bin traurig wenn ich sage "nein " . Aber ich habe auch keine Lust jeden Abend wieder Terror mit den Kindern zu haben , da wir 2 h beim Essen sitzen müssen und alles immer vergessen wird . Aber vielleicht hat sich was geändert ? Das weiß man leider nicht . Was uns lockt ist wirklich die Umgebung von dem Hotel und eigentlich das Hotel selber in vielen Punkten. Und auch manche Mitarbeiter die wirklich schon immer dabei sind und weiterhin top sind ! Man merkt auch sehr ob der Chef im Lande ist oder Urlaub hat .

Dennoch kann ich aber das Hotel empfehlen! Auch wenn wir das eine Mal schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt hat . Aber es ging ja auch schon besser 👍
