We came here for lunch and it was quite good. Very nice is the location itself, you can sit outside in the garden next to the horse paddock. The house is a restored half-timbered house. Take a look inside to the dining room and you will find yourself taken back to the beginning of the 20th century. We sat outside in the garden, the staff was very friendly and our order came in time. They have a variety of czech specialities, of course they serve bohemian dumplings. I had Gulash which was ok but to my biased opinion it could have been a bit more paprika inside. Two things why I do not give 5 points: In the garden the smoking policy is very liberal so many people smoked next to us eating there. This was a bit annoying. I think it would be better to limit smoking to times outside of the lunch and dinner serving times. Although the restaurant was very effordable in price there was quite a gap between the amount on the bill in Czech Crowns and Euros, actually 8 Euros for a total of about 80 Euros on the bill. So if I had paid in Czech Crowns I would have had to pay 8 Euros less. Of course they know that the Germans will pay in Euros and this is in my eyes a bit, well not ok. So as an advice, pay in Czech Crowns...

The food is perfect, friendly staff who can speak Czech, German and English. Great 👍 Czech cuisine. Portions were very good size and reasonably priced. Yummy 😋 garlic soup 🍲 and chicken broth 🍲. There is also patio outside with very nice playground🛝and barn with horses around 🐎🏇and some cats and kittens 🐈🐈. Countryside surroundings close to Frantiskovy Lazne. We have celebrated birthday 🎂 group of 10 and we must say that we were very happy with everything....

We got a homey feel already from the car. Location of farm is wunderful, as well as landscaping. Room is not exeptional, but nice and clean. Restaurant is old fashioned in a good way. We tried some desserts which was good, and beer of course. :) The star of our stay was for sure breakfast, which was phenomenal for us. They almost don’t speak english, but they are very friendly so you can arrange most of the topics even if you don’t speak czech or german.
