Penzion "U Koruny" — Hotel in okres Ústí nad Labem

When we arrived at 2pm, nobody was on site to check in. We were able to check in later when the restaurant was open (16:00). The staff were very friendly and spoke a little English. The quad room that we booked was very comfy clean and modern. The shower and bathroom facilities were practical and we were able to store and charge our E bikes down stairs (note chargers are unplugged at 9pm when the bar closes to minimise fire hazards). Paráda, úžasné,absolutně nadšen. Velký zážitek! Okamžitá reakce na poptávvku ubytování. Dokonalá čistota,nadstardantní zařízení pokoje, vše z velmi kvalitních materiálů, peřiny jako u babičky, sociální zařízení moderní, elegantní,prostorné, krásné. Velmi milý, sympatický a empatický personál.Pan Majitel je velmi milý a pohodový člověk a Profesionál, host je pro něj hostem v nejlepším slova smyslu. Ve svém širším okolí jsem s radostí referovalo skvělých kvaliách Penzionu U Koruny. Obvykle se ubytovávám v hotelích s pěti hvězdičkami, ovšem tu domáckou atmosféru jako v Penzionu U Koruny tam nikdy nenajdete.Jsem velmi rád, že jsem měl nový,úžasný zážitek. Hier konnten wir trotz Buchungsbestätigung durch die Chefin nicht übernachten. Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern angereist und hatten hierauf bereits im Mailwechsel hingewiesen, es war zum Buchungszeitpunkt alles kein Problem. Als wir einchecken wollten war kein Zimmer mehr frei und angeblich lag auch keine Reservierung vor, erst die Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigungs e-mail bewies das Gegenteil. Aber auch jetzt keine Entschuldigung oder Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir werden dort nie wieder buchen.
