Hotel Pod veží — Hotel in okres Ústí nad Orlicí

Stayed here 3rd to 5th Dec.Arrived earlier than check in time and room was ready.Was told we had an attic style room in building across the road.I felt dissapointed as i had read from other reviews that these rooms didnt have great views.Elevator took us to 3rd floor then had a few steps to climb to reach our room.I must say room was lovely,very warm,spotless with beams on the celing and huge bathroom,only had a small high up window in the room but that honestly didn't bother us at all.Couldnt wait to get out exploring and found that we were in an excellent location.||Beakfast was plentyfull and staff on hand to serve coffee/tea etc||Foundcall staff to be so friendly and helpfull.Answered any questions we had and printed off any information and transport map when we decided to go to the zoo.On returning found they had left me a bottle of wine and handmade cookies in our room with a birthday card.A lovely touch that was much apreciated.Would definately love to stay here again and...

My wife and I recently stayed at the hotel Pod Vezi in July. From the moment of our arrival Eva and her colleague were exceptionally accommodating and made every conceivable effort to insure that our stay was beyond our expectations. Our room was in the original building and it was large, spacious and very comfortable. I cannot speak for the rooms in the other building. Eva was always available from arranging an eco bike tour to small gifts in the room that simply added to the charm of this hotel. There is a rooftop terrace that was wonderful at night with a view of the castle. The restaurant is very good as was breakfast. The location is unbeatable. It is at the tower on one end of the bridge yet tucked aside out of the pedestrian hustle. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Praha after this! We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Pod Vezi. You cannot beat the location. It was perfect. We were in the Annex building, which was comfortable and spacious. I would have loved to get a look at a room in the main building. Maybe had more charm? But I have no complaints about our room. It was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, a nice bathroom. ||||The hotel really did go the extra mile to help us at the front desk. They often contacted taxis for us. They also recommended their restaurant, which we loved so much, we ate dinner there twice. The breakfasts were also stellar. We had a very early flight home, and they even had a breakfast box ready for us to take with us.||||I really can't say enough good things about the hotel, staff and location. I would definitely stay there again...
