Penzion Pod Houskou — Hotel in okres Česká Lípa

Další velké překvapení letošních výletů. Rodinný penzion v údolí, kde máte hodně slabý signál v mobilu, nabízí 4 apartmány s možností 2 + 0-3 a pět dvoulůžkových pokojů. Celková kapacita penzionu je 32 osob. Pan majitel je velice příjemný člověk, a nadšenec (takřka vše vybudovali vlastníma rukama), a osobně mě provedl penzionem. Klobouk dolů! Vlastně jediný problém, který jsem řešil, bylo, jestli nemám úplně změnit trasu výletu, a nezůstat tu v posledním volném pokoji (za skvělou cenu!). Nakonec zvítězila "sebekázeň", rozhodl jsem se pokračovat, ale rozhodně to nebylo naposledy, kdy jsem tu! Součástí penzionu je i hospoda a jídelna (se skvělým pivem, kuchyni jsem nezkoušel, pač to už bych tu asi zůstal do druhého dne), ve kterém za barem byla dcera pana majitele, neméně milá a příjemná! Dále zde najdete dětskou hernu plnou hraček, saunu, masážní salónek, dětské hřiště, nebo tenisové kurty. V zahradě za domem je gril - zrovna v den mé návštěvy čekala hosty a příchozí domácí grilování. Vlastně mě to do teď mrzí, že jsem nezůstal...

The family guesthouse in the valley, where you have a lot of weak signal in your mobile, offers 4 apartments with the option of 2 + 0-3 and five double rooms. The owner is a very polite man, and huge enthusiast (almost everything is built with their own hands), and was my personal guide through the guesthouse. Hats off! Eventually, "self-discipline" won, I decided to continue, but it was definitely not the last time I was here! The guesthouse also has a pub and a dining room (with great beer, the kitchen I did not try, I would probably stay here the next day definitely), in which the owner's daughter working behind the bar was no less nice and pleasant! There is also a children's playroom full of toys, a sauna, a massage parlor, a playground or tennis courts. Nothing luxury but exceptionally good standard, a lot of facilities for the sport and the leisure time. Nice surrounding and perfect base for pedestrian or bicycle trips. The breakfast is superior and opulent (better than offered in much more expensive hotels). Very friendly and helpful staff. A la carte restaurant with traditional Czech cuisine. Der Hotelbesitzer und das Personal sind super freundlich und sichtlich bemüht. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber fein und der Speisessal rustikal renoviert. Regionale Produkte und die selbstgemachte Marmelade waren top. Der Restaurantteil ist nur für Gäste und Abends können sich mehrere Biere selbst gezapft werden. Die Lage ist ruhig und lädt zum runter kommen ein.

Das lenkt aber nicht von dem restlichen Zustand ab. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Außenanlage nicht nutzbar. Alles dreckig, kaputt, abgenutzt, ungepflegt und somit für die Kinder nicht nutzbar. Das Haus hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich und der angeworbene Massagestuhl steht in der Abstellkammer und steht vor Dreck. Unser Zimmer war unter dem Dachboden und die steile letzte Treppe ungeeignet für Kinder. Das Zimmer stank bestialisch. Es waren 45 Grad im Zimmer und die kleine Dachluke hat kaum Luft reingebracht. Die Betten waren defekt, die Wände feucht und das im Sommer. Im Bad war Schimmel, Dreck, eine lose Toilette, lose Kacheln, das WC verdreckt. Das Wasser stank und war bräunlich. Im Bad und in den Betten lagen überall Haare.

Wir haben den Zustand auch angesprochen und wir seien die Ersten, die etwas zu bemängeln hätten.
