A truly comfortable and cheap stay. We stopped here as it was 10 minutes to Cesky Krumlov. The owners were very nice when we wished to extended our stay. The rooms were immaculate and so was the dining area. A fridge filled with a very reasonable price on things(water(complimentary!), beer and wine) with plenty of space to store your own things. Complimentary coffee and tea with all the cooking utensils you would need. Truly a pleasant stay and if we ever pass by again it will be the first place we look up! This made our trip so much easier knowing the accomodation was top notch. Read more어제 이호텔을 예약 후, 예약 관련 이메일을 계속 확인했지만, 이메일을 받지 못했다. 밤늦게 호텔앞에 와서 현관 문앞에 붙여놓은 안내문에 적혀 있는 전화로 통화를 시도했으나 응답이 없어 이메일로 지금 상황을 알려 주었지만 아무런 답변을 받지 못했다. 그러던 중 마침 투숙 중인 체코인이 문밖으로 나오길래 부탁하여 다시 전화통화를 시도하였으나 몇번을 해도 응답이 없어 그냥 포기하고, 어쩔 수 없이 근처에 있는 다른 호텔을 예약하고 예약 대행 회사를 통해 다시 확인해 보니 나의 두 번째 이메일로 예약 확인 이메일이 온것을 확인했다. 물론 확인을 꼼꼼히 못한 나에게도 책임이 있겠지만 호텔 문앞 까지와서 안내문을 보고 연락을 했는 데도 응답을 안하고 체크인에 대한 도움을 주지 않은 것은 고객에 대한 바른 태도가 아닌 것 같다. 어제 밤 늦게 다시 한번 메일로 상황을 전달했는데 오늘 아침에서야 도와 줄 수 없다는 답장을 받고 많이 실망을 했다. 고객이 꼭 필요로 할때 도움을 줘야 하는 거 아닌가. 호텔측이 많은 고객을 상대하면서 이런 태도를 보인다면 나 같은 사람이 또 나올 수 있을것이다. 호텔 현관 앞에 안내문은 왜 붙여 놓은 것인지 묻고 싶다.
After booking this hotel yesterday, I kept checking my reservation emails, but I didn't receive any emails. I tried calling the number on the notice posted on the front door of the hotel late at night, but there was no response, so I emailed them to let them know the current situation, but I didn't receive any response. Then, a Czech guest was coming out of the door, so I asked him to call me again, but there was no response after several attempts, so I just gave up, and had no choice but to book another hotel nearby. When I checked again through the reservation agency, I saw that a reservation confirmation email had been sent to my second email. Of course, it's my fault for not checking carefully, but it seems that it's not the right attitude toward customers to not respond and not help with check-in even after I came all the way to the hotel door and saw the notice and contacted them. I was very disappointed when I received a reply this morning saying that they couldn't help me. Shouldn't they help customers when they really need it? Read moreCely penzion je velmi cisty a vonavy. Spoustu doplnku jako destnik, nabijecka, atd na pokoji. Ackoliv je blizko frekventovane silnice, da se v klidu spat, na zaparkovane auto je videt z pokoje. Prijezdova cesta je strasna, ale mozna nepatri majiteli a nemuze za to. Na pokoji neni vubec zadny ulozny prostor, clovek zakopava o vlastni kufry. V kuchynce je kavovar, jsou tam vsak jen kapsle s kavou, s mlekem ne. Clovek za poplatek muze dat piti, pokud bude mit stesti a nejake tam bude. 1 pivo a jeste prosle z roku 21. Cokoladka na privitanou taktez prosla nekolik mesicu. Behem pobytu bylo piti doplneno, nijak to mou duveru neziskalo. Nastesti je kousek tesco lidl a kaufland. Vse by se jeste dalo skousnout a prehlednout, ale ty prolezene a mekke postele jsou silene.
