Penzion Šléglov — Hotel in okres Šumperk

The owner of this place really isn't cool, even though she smiles at you but when you ask for something from her, for example you can't open the door because they're a bit tougher and she has to show you how to open them, she gives you such look that you're afraid to look at her ever again. Services not as promised on the website, things getting removed from the website while we were staying here without no notification to us whatsoever. In a room for 4 people you only get 2 towels because the other two beds are just extras even though it's advertised as 4 beds. Breakfast very repetitive, not suitable for longer stays. The only positive is that the rooms were nice ... if you're lucky enough to get the one...

This guest house is nicely renovated building. All is modern and correct but some unique feeling is missing. You can move it anywhere. You can use wellnes zone, eat and drink, the price list is missing on the website or booking email. What is quite strange to be asked to pay for some chipped wood, small bag from Ikea for 200 CZK. Well, when you barbecue a few špekáček sausages with you family, its quite expensive dinner. Better to bring some logs from your home. Maybe when personnel write "You are welcome" on each log, you can buy them...

Nadherne nove ubytovani, krasne wellness a sauna, velice mili domaci, hezka priroda a okoli. Moc dekujeme za krasny pobyt :)
