Penzion Na Vršku — Hotel in okres Šumperk

Cozy pension on the top of the hill, we have been welcomed by lovely and hospitable couple Ludmila and Mihail. Place is family friendly, with huge outdoors, playground for kids, lots of toys, board games, strollers, baby chairs, billiard, decent selection for buffet breakfast, optional lunch and dinner should be booked in advance, sauna/ jacuzzi for additional fee. We had duplex apartment 70m2, that was supplied with kitchenette, microwave, kettle, electric stove, cooking utensils, mini fridge, TV, sitting sofa and dinning table in the living room downstairs, balcony with table and chairs, two bedrooms specious enough for 4 adults upstairs. Specious closets. Shower. Towels have been provided on request. WiFi. Free outdoor parking. It’s closely situated to ski school.||Too early for check out time -10:00am, we have been charged 50% from daily rate for check out till 15:00. As property is located at the top of the hill, mind the steep slope could be challenging to drive or even to walk, particularly during winter...

We were greeted my a lady who told us that we cannot walk inside in our shoes, and continued to recite a list of don't s which made us feel very unwelcome. The facilities and the locations are great, but the management of this place is appalling. No meal choice for supper, your have to take the sheets off before leaving, take the garbage out and each room has a booklet with the precise amount of glasses, fork, spoons and other small things that are being checked before you leave. If anything is missing you will be charged for that. My wife took a brochure with places to visit downstairs into the common room and the staff cleaned it away and demanded we pay for it when we were checking out and it was missing from our room....

We spent a wonderful week in this guest house. equipment of the rooms and the entire facility 10/10 :) Play room with a lot od Toys, books, puzzles, games, Xbox. tasty breakfasts, delicious dinners. family atmosphere. everyday smiles, conversations, saturday bonfire :) we communicated in a mix of Polish-Czech-English. Nothing is a problem for the owners. They are looking for a solution right away. wonderful approach of the owners to children. We are really miss time at this place, but we will be back next summer :)
