Stayed overnight at the pension located about 45 minutes from Prague. Family owned and operated, it really felt like staying with friends and family. The service was excellent! We were offered local homemade meals and snacks. Additionally, the presence of guests who were also locals some speaking English better than others made the experience much more enjoyable as we were able to talk about the lives of everyday people, the history of the Czech republic and the power of its culture. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Pension U Dvou Capu. The owners truly made us feel comfortable and welcome. Our rooms were clean and the food delicious. We loved having our meals on the deck surrounded by beautiful flowers. Nearby river and forests give plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature. The location is convenient (just 25 min from Prague), but the beds were not comfortable at all.
