This hotel outside of Brno is very handy for travelers, especially if they have access to transportation. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival; the receptionist already had our key cards ready for us, as we checked in online.||Our room was huge and had a nice terrace overlooking the neighborhood. There are restaurants, a vinotek, a grocery store, and even a ophthalmologist office nearby. Parking is free, although it's not particularly plentiful. I could see that the hotel tries to offer a lot of conveniences for guests, although some of the amenities are a little hard to take advantage of because of limited hours.||We didn't have a chance to try the spa, even though we had access in our rate, because we were out sightseeing when it was available. It's also located in a gym club on site, so the prospect of using it was pretty awkward.||Breakfast was pretty good. It's served buffet style, and the staff is very good about maintaining table service and keeping everything filled. I thought there were a lot of choices offered. There's an honesty bar offered for those who want a drink and don't want to have to go to the store. Our room had a fridge, which was useful.||I liked the shower, although it looked like pieces were coming off the fixtures. Nothing a little minor maintenance can't cure! The room and the environs aren't super cute or charming, but it has everything you need and is very comfortable.||Overall, we had a good stay, and we thought the rates were reasonable. Snidane - jsou od 8-10hod, ale nedoplnuji se celou dobu. V 9 hodin uz si nedate michana vajicka, slaninu ani okurky nebo rajcata. Mozna by se vyplatilo zmensit mnozstvi nabizeneho druhu potravin a zvetsit podavane mnozstvi. Z kuchyne nekdo prinesl vzdy doplneni treba 6 platku syra..na dve patra je to opravdu malo. Kdyz podavate snidani do 10hod, ma kazdy host dostat stejnou kvalitu a mnozstvi na vyber.

Prijezd - popletla jsem pocet osob a misto 1 jsme meli prijet ve 2. Slecna Aneta moc mila, ze pokoje prehodi. Super. Ale neprehodila PIN. Takze se nam nas pokoj v sms neotviral a pres Alfreda se oteviral jiny. Volala jsem na cislo v sms, pani ze de na to podiva a ptala se, jak se to vlastne vubec stalo, ze jsem to objednala jen pro 1osobu? Boze, proste stalo, omluvila jsem se za to uz Anete. No a ze ji nejde internet a ze mi tedy da specialni kod, vyjimecne. Jsem z hoteloveho byznysu, takze mi bylo jasne, ze mi dala general ke vsem pokojum. Ac ocenuji myslenku za tim (nenechat nas stat na chodbe), tak mi to opravdu nebylo prijemne. Nevedeli jsme, zda je to bezna praxe. Kdyby alespon nrdodala, ze je to specialni, vyjimecne atd. Napsat ten kod do recenze, tak mate zadelano na pekny problem. Nebo nebyt slusny clovek..s vedomim tohoto a toho, ze se muze nekdo prijet checkinovat do puvodniho pokoje s pinem od naseho noveho pokoje, jsme se necitili brzpecne a spali se zidli a zarazkou za dvermi. Slecna Aneta se pri checkoutu sama omluvila za spatny PIN a kdyz jsem ji zacla rikat, ze to bylo velice neprijemne a necitili jsme se bezpecne, tak se na nas prestala uplne divat a jen rekla hotove nebo kartou 😀. Ja jako byvala vedouci recepce bych tuto situaci resila uplne jinak, ale slecna vypadala hodne mlade a tudiz se asi citila velice nekomfortne a nebyla proskolena, jak s hosty jednat v podobnych situacich. Ale usmivat se, ze je toto v poradku, to jsem se neusmivala. Je to skoda, protoze pokud se nevypovidate na recepci, ve vetsine pripadu to skonci spatnou recenzi. Jinak ten PIN, respektive zadavani bylo tak protivne, ze jsme meli radost, ze jsme druhy den dostali spravnou kartu a pouzivali tu.

Wellness - z informaci na webu nebylo zrejme, ze se jedna o verejne wellness, nabizene externi spolecnosti Orion. Proto jsme nevyuzili

Pokoj - obrovsky, dispozicne zvlastne reseny, nevyuzity prostor. Televize bokem k posteli i gauci, nekoukalo se na ni komfortne. Rada bych se i dozvedela, proc jsou pokoje takto dispozicne nevyuzite, nebyt te ignorace stiznosti pri checkoutu. Pokoj ale krasne cisty, teply, postel pohodlna a zarizeni super na oko.

Parking - malo mist

Nebyt chyby s PINem a “chudeho”mnozstvi snidane, tak jsme si pobyt uzili. Pokud ale rezervujete pro spravny pocet osob, tak se nespokojenosti...

I’ve stayed in countless hotels, but never have I encountered one as bad as this. Breakfast was shockingly poor, with no fresh or satisfying options to be found. The service? Absolutely atrocious. The staff couldn’t speak a word of English and had no interest in helping with anything. Rude, uncivilized, and completely unprofessional.

The rooms were freezing, and the air conditioning was broken. To make matters worse, the hotel is located in the middle of a depressing housing complex, far from anything worthwhile. Honestly, sleeping on the street would have been a better option. Save your money and your sanity—stay anywhere...
