Hotel U Kostela — Hotel in okres Brno-venkov

Good: nice location, clean, good breakfast

Bad: Although they say there’s parking - good luck getting it. Better park on the street. Staff barely speak english. Loud parties until 1am, even after complaining. Oh… and the next thing you know - the (fire?) alarm goes off at 7:30. Staff didn’t even say sorry. Just said that if I don’t like it - find another hotel.

Ein wirklich schönes hotel, mit top ausgestatteten Zimmern. Sogar einen goßen Smart TV zum Netflix schauen, gab es. Das große moderne Badezimmer hat mir ebenfalls gefallen. Das gesamte Hotel hat ein sehr saubereres und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie waren sogar so freundlich und haben mir meine Brille, welche ich dort vergessen habe, per Post nachgeschickt. Abends kann man in dem Restaurant Pizza oder Burger essen. Für Kinder gibt es dort sogar extra einen großzügigen Spielebereich mit Trampolinen und Bällebad. Ich hatte zwei mal Pizza und zwei mal Burger gegessen, beides hatte mir geschmeckt.

Falls ich wieder beruflich in Brno unterwegs sein sollte, werde ich defifintiv wieder kommen.

Pre tento hotel sme sa rozhodli ako ubytovanie pre nás a našu rodinu počas našej svadby a nemohli sme si vybrať lepšie. Od začiatku nám vychádzali v ústrety a komunikácia bola perfektná. Bez problémov a s ochotou previedli niekoľko zmien v plánovaní ubytovaní hostí, vrátane zmeny nášho svadobného apartmánu po prvom dni ubytovania. Cítili sme sa celý čas ako VIP hostia a naša rodina si tak isto ubytovanie nevedela vynachváliť. Všetko bolo skvelé, krásne a čisté izby. A to, že po prípravách, kedy v našej izbe vybuchla bomba, sme sa po svadbe vrátili do krásne upratanej a čistej izby, nás úplne dostalo. Viem dať bohužiaľ len 5 hviezd, no hotel aj personal by si zaslúžil minimálne 20....
