Haven't stayed in the hotel, just visited the wellness and I must say it was an experience. Everything - the pools, whirlpools, saunas, bathrooms, showers - is OUTDOORS. Of course the sauna is enclosed, but you need to go through the terrace to get there. There are no indoor dressing rooms and frankly, they were quite cold. The whirlpools with mineral waters were very pleasant, as was the sauna, but the fact that you than have to run through subzero temperatures to get dressed kind of took away from the experience. Food was OK, tasty, but service was terrible. 2 of the 3 available waitresses were quite rude towards us (I suppose because we weren't Czech). E.g. advertised “wellness park” is just a haphazard small swimming pool you would expect somewhere on a garden. Rooms are poorly lit and cramped. Though, the worst of all is the restaurant.
