We had a rough traveling day and had to find a place to stay last minute due to many frustrating circumstances. We found the hotel at 09:30pm and wasn't sure they'd be able to accommodate us last minute. However, the receptionist (I think her name was Petra) was so kind and positive that she immediately lifted our spirits and gave us a very good first impression of Czechia. While she was booking us in we also witnessed her multi tasking to assist other guests and we got the impression of a well run and professional hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had the most relaxing rest of our trip at that point. The continental breakfast was also good and also included a wide selection of pastries. How should i start the reception is helpful and caring for your stay, i had booked myself and partner a Jaquzzi that they have in there garden at 11pm and the receptionist was waiting for us and did not forget, it was wonderful.
