so they got supremely busy ( ha, ha, ha ...)||We rode a bike last Saturday on very nice mountain ridge road from Tisa to Decin and saw on the way several bigboards advertising this place. It looked like something very special so we decided to see it and drink good cup of coffee there.||The place and its sorrounding ist for sure very attractive for someone who likes almost absolute isolation from the civilisation - quiet, forrests, fresh air, peace...||There were no guests because the place was closed and fully reserved for the wedding celebration. Several young and older staff members were just hanging about waiting.... We asked one men if he could prepare two coffies... The answer was like in early 80ies - NO, I cannot, we are busy we are waiting for the wedding guests to come.... Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere surrounded by forests. Stylish old houses. Too bad they get too confident about being unique and SO unbelievably lazy. Mattresses sucked big time, our room was microscopic in size (my brother's was MUCH bigger for almost the same price), service friendly but no attention paid to guests whatsoever (you have to chase them for every order), closing their restaurant at 22:00 translates to locking the door 21:15. The food was average / bland (another failed attempt at haute cuisine, with prices as if they had succeeded). If you love the atmosphere of the place, make sure you 1. book a big room, 2. not eat there but e.g. in Decin in Fabrika with MUCH better food AND prices, 3. get ready for REALLY poor breakfast and crappiest WiFi ever (and no cell phone signal for some carriers - which...

We been there today for getting a quick snack during our hiking tour which was dedicated to try this location which seems to be a lovely and well refurbished place.|As we entered the restaurant at 17:30 (!) we been told that all tables reserved for hotel guests. At that time there were only 10% of the tables occupied. |We mentioned that we came to test the restaurant but they were obviously not willing to serve us. That is very ridiculous since the restaurant seems to bit quit big with a lot of options.|I hope there are no reservations against German tourists. Otherwise: Shame.|The management and their service team need to learn the meaning of hospitality. Visiting a lot of place around the world I never experienced that kind of disinterest in taking care...
