Gutská Bašta — Hotel in okres Frýdek-Místek

I understand this is traditional house and I appreciate this, but this place is far too expensive for a dirty old house as it actually is. My friend organized a party there, it was New year and birthday party. When we came to set the hall tables were dirty below table clothes, one of the tables was broken, windows were broken so we could not close them, 5 light bulbs in every chandelier were not working. Staff was hardly communicating with us, we had to shine the glases ourselves and when we asked for wipe cloth and we got a smelly one. In second attempt we got clean wipe cloths. We saw too many spiderwebs. Outside the restaurant it was dirty and awful, I don't understand what is a problem, why can they not wash it with a broom and few buckets of water. And the owner in bermudas, crocs and dirty T-shirt. I work in tourism, I understand tradition, this place has absolutely no charm, they gave us no reason to come...

If you want to see what a quiet, not polluted village looks like, with blossoms, flowers and farm animals everywhere, this place is for you. There is one pub which offers special beers brewed not far from them, of very good quality. A tiny stream and lots of birds chirping make a perfect background sound and lots of places to ride a bicycle...

Ač je mi to moc líto,zažili jsme velké zklamání. Po dlouhé době jsme vyrazili celá rodina na oběd..dobře,čekali jsme téměř hodinu a půl,ale tak,bylo dost lidí,ovšem jídlo katastrofa,ve smetanové směsi se žampiony jeden utopený pláteček žampionku,bramboráky se směsí,které přistály u jiného stolu,protože číšničky zmatkovaly-zase se dá pochopit,hodně lidí- byly bez chuti,kraje spálené..vím,říkali,kuchyň nestíhá,ale je to velká škoda..ceny vyšší než by si jídlo zasloužilo. Za nás se už určitě nevrátíme,i když krčma měla vždy dobré doporučení,my jsme to hold "dobré" dnes absolutně v ničem nechytli. Nebudu vypisovat vše,nechci škodit,jen přeji ostatním hostům lepší zkušenosti a Gutské Baště lepší recenze a spokojenější hosty...
