Easily the worst experience I had after over 4 years in Czech Republic. People got deserts before their main dishes, frozen pork ribs, others waited 30 mins for a meal after others were served, we had to repeat orders, and when our Czech friend mentioned to a waiter how outrageous the service was, the waiter lost it and started to tell us that he knows how it's done since he's been in this business for 20 years. I'm skipping some other ridiculous events for the sake of keeping this review short. I'm amazed that this place isn't out of...

This is regarding the restaurant. My worst experience ever. Took 30mins for us to be able to order and from that moment it took exactly 1 hour and 37 minutes to meal to get to the table. Not only that but my ribs were half frozen. When confronting the waiter he lashed at us saying we didn't have 20 years of experience working at a restaurant so we didn't know how it works. Not only they have horrific service but they also insult their customers....

rád bych vyjádřil své zklamání nad nedávnou návštěvou vaší restaurace, která proběhla ve velmi neuspokojivém duchu. Při příchodu do vaší restaurace jsme očekávali příjemný zážitek a kvalitní obsluhu, bohužel jsme však byli konfrontováni s naprosto neakceptovatelným chováním personálu.

Přestože jsme dorazili v odpoledních hodinách ve větším počtu lidí (15) , kdy byla restaurace otevřená a relativně prázdná, obsluha se k nám chovala s neuvěřitelnou hrubostí. Byli jsme odmítnuti bez jakéhokoli důvodu a na náš dotaz, zda bychom mohli být obslouženi, nám bylo odpovězeno nepříjemným a hrubým tónem. Navíc nás personál doslova vyhodil z restaurace, což je pro nás zcela nepřijatelné.

Takovéto chování je v naprostém rozporu s očekáváním, které by měl mít každý zákazník při návštěvě jakéhokoli podniku. Vaše restaurace, která se prezentuje jako místo kvalitní gastronomie a příjemného prostředí, by měla dbát na to, aby její personál jednal s hosty s úctou a profesionalitou.

Tato zkušenost nás od další návštěvy vaší restaurace velmi odradila a v současné době ji nemohu...
