Penzion U Hujňáků — Hotel in okres Hodonín

We booked this penzion as big group half a year upfront. When we arrived, we have not received room that was booked, owner changed it without consulting with us (it was smaller and with double bed 3m above the floor). When we called him, he was very upleasant to deal with. Only solution he offered to us to give money back and leave us basicaly outside in the middle of the night with small child. We could not go home as it would be 4-5 hour drive ( we were tired). The room we booked was given to other people already. Whole our stay was under this bad experience, mood was ruined and non stop negotiations with owner.. not nice experience. I was shocked with such attitude. When we refused to pay full price of stay, as we have not received the room and service we expected, we were threatened to deal with legal consequences, even though the were zero fault on our side. Owner agreed on 30% discount at the end.. but our weekend was heavily affected by whole this experience and I still do not believe we were charged for sleeping on the floor first night. It was the worst accommodation where we have ever stayed. The owner was unfriendly, nervous, unhelpful, arrogant. The price does not match the quality. Be aware of the photos. The entrace to the appartment is directly on the street where you hear cars whole night. The appartment is very small and I really do not recommend it for more than 2 persons. Maximální spokojenost! Ochotný pan majitel se snažil, aby se nám dovolená líbila po všech stránkách, což se stalo a nenapadá mě nic, co bych mohl vytknout. Parkování zdarma u penzionu. Dostatečný počet míst. Měli jsme klimatizovaný pokoj v 1. patře. Pokoj funkčně zařízený ve stylu IKEA. Když bylo otevřené střešní okno, bylo slyšet auta. Jinak ne. K dispozici je 24 h/den dostupný samoobslužný sklípek s různými druhy vína. Možnost zastřešeného posezení ve dvoře. Dostupný je i gril. V posteli se spalo dobře, měla kvalitní madraci. Kola se parkují ve dvoře v nezastřešených stojanech. Internet s dostatečnou rychlostí a neměl výpadky. Při příjezdu nás (i následné nocležniky) pan domácí instruoval, kde jsou restaurace, kde je...
