Královka — Hotel in okres Jablonec nad Nisou

Shortly after check in we met Honza - I have never ever met someone so attentive, superb and with smile the second we walk thru the door. He remembers customers and conversations with them and go above and beyond!!! He organized and arranged for us so many extra special requests such as roses on Sunday in the middle of mountains and they are still gorgeous, he recommended and booked for us horses which was one of the best ever experience for me and my partner! He organized transfer for us in lovely Mercedes driven by next star ROMAN who was also extremely helpful and in fact returned for us from way home - I call this Amazing superb league service! If I need next GM for my hotels I would love to steal him or to find someone so rare and incredible like it. One of the best stays we ever had. We felt like royalty and the hotel is truly breathtaking! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day, plus hot tub was really great addition a special thing which we used a lot. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and super fast. I would highly recommend this hotel. They are incredible and credit to company. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to be back!!! You make just “another hotel in the world” to be extremely special, keep up the hard work Honzíku and see you soon (in 2 weeks) Thank you...

Hotel Stay (room with jacuzzi)

We stayed for 2 nights and were quite disappointed, particularly given the hotel's calibre. Here are the specific issues we encountered:

No hot water on both nights (only warmish) Wellness services were not included in the room price. The place is not suitable for couples; it caters more to families with small kids. There was an extremely loud speaker at the door. There wasn't much privacy when we used our outdoor jacuzzi. The jacuzzi did not appear clean, raising concerns about whether it is cleaned after each guest. The apartment looked different from the pictures; the tiny sofa in the living room was inadequate. There were no nets on the windows. Limited storage space.

Restaurant Hygiene checks are needed regularly. Some dishes were good, but others were below average and overpriced. The hovezi vyvar lacked taste and salt, seeming watered down. The foie gras was excessively fatty. The outdoor bistro had loud music that did not match the place's ambiance.

Overall, our stay was underwhelming, and these issues significantly affected...

This place you must certainly visit! Beautiful new apartments in mountain style, everywhere wood and natural materials, fully equipped. Book apartment on the ground, to have great terrace at it, where you can drink your coffee and watch the forest. Some apartments has also outdoor jacuzzi. ||We were here in summer with bikes, in surroundings is a lot of well marked trails, so for cyclists I highly recommend!! Just at apartment house is also room for bikes.||Kralovka is also famous lookout tower and just at it is playground for children. Breakfast was at restaurant at apartment house.
