This is a nice little place in a quiet corner of Jizerské mountains. The highlight of this place are nice smartly designed bathrooms. The owners seem to invest in new furniture from time to time and the food is also good. Now, the bad. Nastiness of the staff is notorious. If a bathroom basin in your beautiful bathroom needs service, you are out of luck. You report it and nothing happens. You ask again and are told that it won't be fixed. You want to talk to the chef only if you like to be yelled at. Basically the standard answer you get from the staff is "No." A little bit of courtesy from the staff could definitely bring more points to this place. Ubytování čísté, okolí pěkně upravené, vhodné pro děti. Personál v socialistickém duchu. Správce neochotný, netrpělivý a nevlídný.. Usměv asi nezná. Dobré a chutné domácí polévky , další jídlo chutné, ale lepší školní družina. Postrádali jsem více čerstvé zeleniny. Kává a čaj podprůměrné. I ta kupovaná. Snídaně bez fantazie. Ale hlad jsme neměli. Výhoda byl autobus z Prahy a zpět, možnost dvou půldenních výletů v ceně pobytu. Zřejmě na úkor kvalitnějšího jídla. Již svůj pobyt...
