Wir haben einen Golfurlaub gesucht und wurden hier nicht enttäuscht. Ein Komplettpaket mit Trainerstunden, Greenfee und Frühstück bucht man aber durch Lucie, die Gastgeberin, bekommt man viel mehr. Sie kümmert sich sofort und ohne Probleme um alles. Ob man im nahen Österreich auf dem Meisterschaftsplatz spielen möchte oder im 5 min. entfernten Monachus, völlig egal. Sie ruft sofort dort an und kümmert sich um die gewünschte Startzeit. Desweiteren gibt es wertvolle Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das US Oldtimer Museum oder auch im handumdrehen Termine bei der ortsansässigen Thai-Massage. Die Hingabe und Selbstverständlichkeit mit der sich hier um Gäste gekümmert wird ist nicht selbstverständlich. Desweiteren war der Golfuntericht beim Pro sehr gut. Zklamání – netekoucí teplá voda, zima a neochotný personál

Hned první noc netekla teplá voda a v pokoji netopilo topení – bylo tam sotva 20 °C. Po nahlášení manažerce o netekoucí teplé vodě jsem se místo omluvy dočkal zpochybnění mé stížnosti a nulové ochoty něco kompenzovat.

Topení nám sice později zapnuli, ale druhý den opět vypnuli, takže jsem musel znovu žádat o jeho zapnutí.

V poměru k ceně je úroveň servisu i celkový pobyt na velmi slabé úrovni.

V životě bych nečekal, že mě manažer penzionu pomalu označí za lháře.

Jediným světlým bodem byly dobré snídaně, i když se jednalo pouze a jen o studenou kuchyni.
