Bluestars Apartments — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

We do not recommend this accommodation! We booked the apartment through Booking.com for one night during the festival in Karlovy Vary. The issue isn't so much with the accommodation itself, but rather with the owner, who communicates in a very unprofessional manner.||We believe she didn't like that we arrived in the morning with friends to park the car (we had informed her at the time of booking that we would park the car, which she confirmed). After parking, we contacted her by phone to inform her that we had parked the car. At the same time, we wanted to ask about the possibility of an early check-in to potentially store our belongings from the car in the accommodation. The problem is that after booking, you receive a lot of automatic messages - some come to Booking.com's messages, then she communicates with you via SMS, through automatic messages for deposit payment from Alfred, via email, and as a bonus through WhatsApp. It's easy to get lost among so many communication channels and hard to find information. For speed, we called for info. The owner was unpleasant on the phone, despite us assuring her that only two people would be staying in the apartment (without the friends who came with us). We then decided not to use the early check-in for a fee and left.||Later, after 2:00 PM, we returned to check in. During check-in, the owner personally told us that she found us unpleasant and expressed great reluctance that we were staying at her place, making us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay. We felt that the owner's approach was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. We felt unwelcome and a burden during our entire stay.||The accommodation itself is fine, the bed is comfortable, there is plenty of storage space, the kitchen is well-equipped but atypical - you can be seen directly into the garden (the owner’s garden) through a large window. The bathroom has a bathtub, and there was a hairdryer. A disadvantage was the extremely weak Wi-Fi, almost impossible to surf. And a very early check-out, which you don’t often encounter - departure already at 9:00 AM.||Overall, this accommodation disappointed us, and if you want to save your nerves, please choose...

This is a self serve affair. You get a pin, the key is in a locked box at the front door. They debit your credit card and it seems that's as far as any contact with you they want. ||Initial impressions are good. Looks fairly new from the outside and well kept inside the front door. ||We had the room with a bath and small kitchen on the balcony. ||Cleanliness wise this property is substandard. Dirty toilet seat. Bathroom sink backs up. Previous people's soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner etc in the bathroom. Floor is sticky. ||Small kitchen on balcony the same. Dish washing sponges look like they could be from 2018. Again other people's food oils, spices, coffee, etc. Most opened. ||I don't know if they're leaving these items around thinking it's a gift that you might want to use. Balcony floor Un vacuumed Washing machine, we had to clean it before we used it. Couldn't get the door open after washing our clothes. Had to use a wooden spoon to prise the door open. ||I cannot believe this has a 9.3 rating on booking.com. Something seriously wrong with their rating system. ||Only thing good about it is the price||We couldn't wait...

endroit paumé en haut de Karlovy Vary, très compliqué a trouver. Une maison qui ressemble aux autres dans un lotissement glauque. La maison se veut coquette mais se revèle sale au fil des minutes. ||le matelas est un à mémoire de forme , très cheap et les draps avaient un air de déjà servi la veille. ||De plus au matin, j'ai rencontré la propriétaire peu engageante. Tous sauf du bon acceuil....qui ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ou de français et qui visiblement ne fait aucun effort pour vous être agréable.||Conclusion, si vous voulez chercher votre Hotel dans un endroit loin de tout, non signalé, que le gps ne trouve pas, monter des escaliers hyper bruyants, chercher des toilettes sur le palier, parmi des portes toutes semblables, celles-ci n'étant même pas signalées. ||Si vous aimez évoluer dans une chambre bourrées de meubles qui n'ont rien à y faire dont une table en verre aux anles hyper dangereux pour des enfants ou même les jambes des adultes. Le tout pour dormir dans des draps ayant visiblement servi la veille,...
