Centre of the Natural Beer Spa — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

My husband & I had a great evening at the beer spa.|We were greeted by the owner, Yury, who gave us a few very interesting facts about this place. There were extremely welcoming and helpful staff, ready to accommodate any guest according to their needs. The space is very relaxing, clean, and felt safe. The facility is equipped with everything to enjoy your time here (towels, blowdryer, rest area). Guests have a chance to enjoy free cold local beer while relaxing in a hot tub. Prices are very reasonable, a small room with a hot tub is enough for two people and very comfy.|After a beer bath we enjoyed an amazing dinner at “Staroslovanská kuchyně “ across the street to finish this fantastic evening . It is a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed the best beer in the world along with a juicy mix of beef, chicken and veal shashlik. Food - great Beer - great Beer bath - great The all experience was destroyed by the staff working at the hotel. As a Czech and English speaking people we were very surprised that the staff did not speak any other language then Russian and little bit of German. There is lots to be done to make the place better. For the money you pay is kind of necessary. There is no housekeeping. We stayed for 2 nights. Nobody cleaned our room. We had to go and ask for a toilet paper. No fresh towels. Breakfast. Not much to choose from. Coffee in a tea pot and .. well you can guess. Because of language barrier we didn't order breakfast day before and got random selection. Beer spa was awesome. But we showed up 7 min before booked time and the staff made a big deal out of it as they weren't ready. Mood killer. Overall it's a beautiful, quiet area. But needs some adjustments. I went here with a group of friends to enjoy a beer spa for my birthday. I was able to make an appointment for six people easily online. On the day we went , I had to make a few last minute changes and they were very accommodating! We had a huge tube that fit six people. It was an amazing experience not to mention that food at the restaurant was very good. We had their dark beer which was also amazing. I am not a beer drinker but I loved it so much a bought a bottle to bring back to my husband. He loved the dark beer so much that we went there this past weekened ( 18Dec2016) to buy 12 bottles of the dark beer. The prices are very very reasonable.
