Petr - Bellevue Depandance — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

This has been the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stay at there is mold everywhere, I found a have eaten piece of bread in my room, the bathroom did not have any soap or towels and the staff came of as aggressive and unwilling to help the food was disgusting and very undercooked it gave me the worst aggressive diarrhea I have ever had when I went to the kitchen to complain I saw the chef touching the food without gloves he didn’t wear a hairnet and was constantly sweating the dog kept walking in and out of the kitchen and dining room only 1 out of 4 beds had mattresses the rest was straight on the bed with a bedsheet wich was impossible to attach so everyone sleeps on the same unwashed bed (also very uncomfortable) the pillow gave me neck pain I could go on and on about complaints not exaggerating this is less the the half of complaints but I see most reviews already say this hotel is just a combination of the most purest form of cancer...

As any customer I hate being lied to. Several times I asked if the room has a view over the mountains as I was willing to pay some more for the nice view. I've been made sure (in to my face) the room has the view. Ups, the view was onto the parking. What's even worse, they inflated our restaurant bill by 50CK, and yet again said to my face it's the right billing. Of course it wasn't and we had to intervene and compare it with the menu. Then, being faced with a lie, the bartender pretended to "have seen" other prices of the items on the menu. No "exuse me, let's chceck it again" no "I'm sorry to have made a mistake". Grrrrrr. Hate this kind of treatment. Oh yeah, and don't forget, you won't have wifi in your room (this we knew prior to my arrival). Place has a bunch of potential but lacks...

Wir haben uns trotz der vielen negativen Bewertungen für das Hotel PAM aka Berghütte PAM entschieden – ein großer Fehler! Diese Unterkunft ist eine absolute Zumutung und in keinem Zustand, um Gäste zu empfangen.

Schon beim Betreten fiel uns das notdürftig reparierte Türschloss auf. Mit einem leichten Stoß springt die Haustür auf – ein Sicherheitsrisiko sondergleichen.

Das Zimmer für vier Personen (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) war in einem katastrophalen Zustand: dreckige Matratzen, zerrissene Laken, speckiger Teppich, kaputte Lampen und genau eine einzige Steckdose für das gesamte Zimmer. Die Fenster waren undicht, sodass es ständig zog. Es machte den Eindruck, als sei das Zimmer nur notdürftig für die Wintersaison hergerichtet worden – hygienische Mindeststandards wurden dabei offenbar ignoriert.

Das Schlimmste waren jedoch das Bad und die Toilette – beide ohne Heizung! Die Temperatur lag gefühlt nur knapp über der Außentemperatur. Duschen war kaum möglich, da es einfach zu kalt war. Selbst für den Toilettengang musste man eine Jacke anziehen. Wir versuchten, die Fenster mit Handtüchern abzudichten, aber das brachte kaum eine Verbesserung.

Das Frühstück war ein weiterer Tiefpunkt. Es bestand aus Tee, Hörnchen, Käse, hart gekochten Eiern und Cerealien – mehr nicht. Kaffee, Wurst und warme Speisen waren schlicht ungenießbar.

Ganz offensichtlich ist das Personal mit den vielen Häusern, die zum Hotel gehören, völlig überfordert und hat keine Chance, auch nur annähernd einen Mindeststandard zu halten. Sauberkeit, Komfort oder gar Gastfreundschaft sucht man hier vergeblich.

Der absolute Oberkracher war jedoch der Zwinger im Garten, in dem zwei ausgewachsene Luchse gehalten wurden. Ein absolutes No-Go! Wildtiere so zu halten, ist nicht nur moralisch fragwürdig, sondern schlichtweg unverantwortlich.

Wir verbringen regelmäßig Zeit am Klinovec (5–6 Wochenenden pro Sommersaison im Trailpark) und haben schon viele Unterkünfte erlebt, aber das Hotel PAM war mit Abstand die schlechteste Wahl. Definitiv nicht...
